K	Kyley B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had such a rude experience somewhere in my life! I went there looking for a dress for my friend. She is a medium/size 4. I'm am a plus sized gal. I know this, I also know I'm not a medium. I'm okay with that. I'm not okay with going in someplace and getting completely ignored even when I said "excuse me" to try and get someone's attention. I finally got someone to answer me so I could ask hour long they put things on hold for, the lady said 24 hours. Sure. Went up to the till to put 3 dresses on hold. The two ladies said that they will only hold it until close tonight! When I said that the other lady said for 24 hours, the older one rolled her eyes and paused before telling me "fine but for ONLY 24 hours, so this time tomorrow." Then she asked what size it was and looked at me. Then told me that if a customer asked for a medium and that's the only one they have there taking it off hold. Like what is the point of putting it on hold!!?? I also used to work at additional elle, so I know you can hold it for 48 hours, and sometimes we make exceptions for people. But really?! I have never had someone talk so rudely to me like that in my life. I work in retail too, and even when there's a customer you don't like, suck it up and deal with it. This is your job!!!

The workers were chatting together, completely ignoring everyone. There were three people working in this store. At no point did anyone offer to start a changing room for any customer or offer any help in any kind. Due to that I could only carry 4 items and I thought “oh well I guess that’s all I’m trying - the hell with this” I arrived in the dressing room and I see a lady working there and look at her: she tells me “wherever you want, whatever”. Ok then One of the items I tried on what too big but there was no on to help so I just gave up. The two others I really really liked. I get to the till where a worker is standing. Doing nothing. And she says someone else will help me. Then a line forms behind me. That lady is still doing nothing and says that someone will come and help. Some other lady arrives and says “postal code?” Ok... I give my postal code. “It’s not in the system” God... I ask her to just ring the things through. She asks if I have ever shopped there. I tell her I have an account with reitmans if it is so important can she find me via phone number because I have moved. “No I need your old postal code”. Oh my, I really like those items, but come on. I told her “just. Ring. Them. Through. Already “ Now I’m neither friendly nor polite I have to be honest. What is going on in there? My advice to the manager? Replace those workers and install a self help till, you will save your customers some high blood pressure on a Saturday

The employee was ignoring everyone in the store, didn't make eye contact or acknowledge me when I asked to use a fitting room. Refused to stop pricing garments and help me at the cash and then demanded my personal information without even greeting me or asking about my experience so I'm trying to tell you. Shop anywhere but here and head office needs to retrain this woman or fire her. Never coming back.

It's one of their tasks but the person who helped me made rolling eyses and by body language showed she is annoyed to process my returns. Then she asked for my id ! Like I was a thief and wanted to return some stolen items. Then she scanned items with deep breath and not making any eye contact and the only talk she had with me was: write your full name, phone number and signature. At the beginning I told her I'm sorry for returning these items in the store. But maybe I shouldn't be nice with people who don't want to do their duties.
