He looked like he doesn't like his job, but I don't care. As long as he does the job correctly. HOWEVER, HE DID NOT. I found out that I was charge last month by the whole amount of the device I returned (within the return period). I'm assuming that the mistake was made on his end as the device was returned to him, so he did all the exchange process. And it was a huge amount of money and a lot to deal with just so I can reimburse it. I still don't know if I can reimburse it. THANKS A LOT NAVRAJ G! sarcasm tone included
