★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb 28, 2022 1pm Sunridge location. I called in to inquire about the PlayStation 5 and the female staff member was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me when they said they didn’t have any in stock. I understand that almost every store is out but that was unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very poor. I came to the store to buy something and would like to use my AMA membership discount. The item that I need is not in-stock and is an online item only. I asked for some assistance at the store to get me setup so I can purchase this product online. The staff said that the AMA discount only applies for "in-store" items/purchases. I showed him that on the website it says "save up-to 20% in-store and online purchase including SALE items". He insisted that the product that I like won't qualify as it's already on sale. I have a friend who's also an AMA member and was able to use his discount on this SALE item. Another thing I did not like is that their staffs are very pushy on selling NEW phones. They will talk bad things about your current provided just to sell. Ended up leaving the store and purchasing the product somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is so amazing, some of the best customer service around. The store is always clean and cheerful. All staff are eager to help and are very knowledgeable. They have a fantastic warranty program and will price match! So always check here before buying bigger box stores.

I was helped by Shoaib and Aziz who took the time to help me find what I was looking for and answer all of my (many) questions. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new cell phones, the staff go above and beyond to help find what you're looking for. You will be well taken care of at this location Thank you Shoaib brother and Aziz brother ?
