★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the sales rep Emma , she wouldn't help me with a screen protector at this location . My wife and I have purchased 6 top of the line phones from this location with warranty and screen protectors over the last few years for our family and business. In the past we have had to replace our screen protectors occasionally and we've done so in Vancouver, Calgary or where ever we are near a telus location at the time.She insisted to have me follow her strict policy of searching for my receipt, and return. This inconvenience in my busy schedule along with searching for a receipt in last year's files just to have a screen protector changed will cost me time and money . So I went through the object lesson of finding my receipt coming back to this location and I was served by Clar who was short with me and shortly afterwards says to me we don't have any S7 screen protectors in stock even though it shows that we have four so go to Marlborough because they have two. It appears that my time isn't valuable and I just need to keep searching for a screen protector which have a replacement warranty on them until I get lucky and find one in the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I was a Telus customer until today.. Tim at the Sunridge Telus store is the rudest and most inconsiderate person ever. There's no way this man should be in a retail setting. His communicating skills are null. He would not even attempt to listen to my questions about my phone, even his employees were shocked at how he was talking to me. I am now the new proud owner of a Roger's Apple phone and have happily canceled my Telus plan thanks to Tim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in today to check stock availability at Koodo, I got the wrong number and ended up calling Telus instead. Not only did Manpreet check their partner store's stock for me, she also helped me get a hold of them and put the item I was looking for on hold. She was super helpful and definitely went above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sorry, but I was at the store when this man “Chad Chad” came in and I have to inform everyone that what he said in this review is absolutely false! The REAL reason he was refused service is because he came in and refused to wear a mask. He kept arguing that he had a medical exemption but when the manager asked him to show it, he would refuse and start yelling. He then began using vulgar language and started berating the employees, which left me and the other customers very uncomfortable! I was absolutely stunned at this toxic behaviour. Luckily the nice young woman who was working there called security to escort him out of the store, which greatly improved my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy helping us with our phones was great but there 5 other staff standing around laughing and have very loud conversations which made it very hard to hear the guy. Not saying you can't laugh and talk but it was incredibly loud. The table we were at as well had some human hair which was kinda gross
