Mobile Klinik went above & beyond to fix my Samsung S20 FE 5G during the holiday season after my camera failed 2 days before Christmas!!! I appreciate everything the technicians did to get my camera working and it was still under Samsung warranty! It was frustrating that the parts took some time to come in...however it was a busy holiday season and it's not the business' fault I relieved a faulty Samsung device. Thank You for providing excellent walk in services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't give 5 star reviews. That being said these guys went above and beyond with my S21 ultra. My phone has been through hell and back, just last night my phone Got shot in the screen during an airsoft tournament and completely obliterated my screen. I decided to pop into this store and I was not dissapointed. When I got into ithe store the service technician asked me if my phone was already open. I said no and he pointed out how the back glass was actually separated from the frame a bit. I assumed he was upcharging me when he mentioned the battery might need to be replaced. I tried to brush it off but it turned out it was included in the price. (I had the screen quoted over the phone before coming in and he also showed me the parts pricing charts) anyways when I got my phone back and went home the first thing I noticed was how much longer the battery lasted. (Mine was clearly toast) after fiddling around with my phone I noticed all the damages on the frame were gone. They replaced my frame at no charge on top of it my camera had a small bug to it where one wouldn't boot up properly, due to past drops and hard hits. That was fixed too. Long story short I went in for a screen and they fixed everything else. My phones basically Brand new (and yes the serial numbers still match) this place literally added years back to my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here at Mobile Klinik to get my wife's phone fixed that had glitched out. Luckily it was under warranty but I still believed I had a bill at the end of the day. Came back after lunch to find he was able to fix my phone all under warranty, definitely recommend Mobile Klinik to repair Samsung Phones to any of my friends.

Prices are a little bit high but they take care of everything on the phone and make sure it looks and works like new. They offer a warranty on their work and on the protecting screen that I bought as well. Would highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to trade my phone for another phone and I was simply asking a quote. He took the phone from my hand and started taking out the SIM slot and trying to pry off the back casing telling me my phone has problems with the back case. I was furious and told him to give me the phone back. He assaulted my property. I took the phone back from him and left. Will not do business with them again. FYI I will continue to use this phone for another two years since nobody is giving me a valid quote for it and it's better to take care of it and love it myself than to get treatment like this. He acted as if my phone was a piece of junk when it is a sophisticated development of technology. You are lucky I did not call the police.
