Wireless FIX - Calgary

Got my screen protector done from them they said its top notch since its "uv light screen" yada yada. Done everything I was told. Not even 3 days after i got it done it lifted. Called to see what they can do and all they said was they will call me back to have a solution. Its been 2 days and no call backs. Waste of money and time. Don't bother with these scams

For starters, they’re not even wearing masks... Highly unprofessional mannerisms, and felt like I was paying for products and services at an amateur level. There’s two of them and neither seem like they know how to even repair phones to begin with. I 10/10 would not recommend going to this place for phone service or even phone cases – they look very tacky! I’m especially upset that they weren’t wearing masks and their unprofessional demeanour. Edit when I got home: my phone doesn’t even work and the replacement screen is garbage. I was promised a “highest quality close to the original” quality. This is the worst quality service, replacement parts, and products ever. I have to laugh.

Came here around 7 on monday. The girl and 2 guys were so friendly and responsive. Answered all of my questions and fixed my iphone screen within 15 minutes. Thank you guys>3

Came here to get new screen for iPhone. Service was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Service rep quickly came to assist us as we arrived and answered all our questions. Price was the best in the mall and he completed installation in under 30 min. Highly recommend to anyone looking for phone repair. ??

I sold my old iPhone and iPad at this store today. I was really happy with the money I received and the customer service. Definitely recommend this store!

They took very good care of me and my phone repair is so well done you can't tell that the phone was even repaired! There was a minor issue with the replacement part but even then they warranty'd it no questions asked. Made me feel like I was family and obviously id recommend them again like I've done for my dad.

The owners are very good, they repaired my phone and made it just like new. Also offered me good advice for the phone and offered money saving/ affordable options and service

Update Feb 8 2022 - I went into the store after the owner responded to my review and they ended up giving me a full refund for the case I got but didn't really want. So they're willing to at least make things right for you, which is nice. ------------------ This business is incredibly shady and unprofessional. I bought a new phone in December and came in here to buy a wallet case for it. I'm very particular about my wallet cases, because I like it to have a window slot for my ID and a lot of the times wallet cases don't have that. Out of all the places in the mall to buy phone cases, this is the one place that had a case that was a decent colour (not just black or navy) with a window ID slot. It was red..not my favourite colour. But I put up with it and when the manager or whoever I spoke to there said that he could order me in one with another colour for the same style I was thrilled. He said I could take the red one for now, use it, and then come back in and exchange it for the colour I wanted. He said Jan 8-10 is when the shipment should come in. When Jan 10 came around, I called them and they said it wasn't in yet but they would definitely call me when it was. Jan 22nd (today) rolled around and I decided to call again. The lady working there said the case was in but they forgot to call me. That seemed a little strange given that they promised to inform me when it was in. So I went into the store, and the lady showed me the case. However, it wasn't the colour they promised, and it was a different style (without the window ID slot). I was not happy, and decided to just refund the red case and leave. But because this is a new phone, I didn't want to risk shattering my screen somehow because I didn't have a case and because they messed up on getting the proper case in. So I said fine, I'll take the replacement that was the wrong colour. I purchased it, and then started moving my cards into the wallet slots. Unfortunately, the design of the case is so poor that it wouldn't snap shut magnetically after my cards were in. When I showed the lady this, she pulled the strap over in a way that made it snap shut and made it seem like it was a perfectly fine case, even though I don't want to have to fight with my case every time I want to close it. I want it to just be able to snap shut with no effort like my previous wallet cases for older phones had done. So I decided to not take this wallet case either and instead opted for a cheaper hard plastic case that isn't a wallet one because I just want something to protect my phone. I'm incredibly displeased that this place that seemed genuine about wanting me to get the exact phone case I wanted turned out to be unprofessional and have shady business practices. It's clear that they just wanted my money and didn't care if I left unhappy. What a joke of a business.
