★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to pick up my phone, the guy serving me had no idea where the screen protector for my model of phone was! The girl I had dealt with previously had assured me it would be ready to go the next day. The guy continued to rummage around various drawers before telling me that they must have none left! He proceeded to put on a screen protector from a different model(the WRONG one!). Kind of have me a take it or leave it shrug! I came in from out of town to pick this up, and was a bit shocked at the guy's cavalier attitude. NOT impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was amazing, I had my screen fixed within an hour and it was fair pricing. The only downside which is not a big deal is that they leave some glue residue on your phone that you have to wipe off. Everything else is amazing

Annie was extremely helpful....I was able to have my data recovered , the defective phone reset and they were able to accommodate a refurbished phone for a decent price....I was very happy to have all my issues taken care of in one place.
Highly recommend their services.
