Tran is awesome! This sales person knows what they're talking about and got me the best deal after having such a ridiculous time with customer service at my old provider. Recommend speaking with Tran if you're wanting everything set up properly with ease.

This was and unbelievable experience. The person would not give me their name and i am not sure if their code 6852 is correct as he demoralized me because my english is not ideal. I explained that my phone stopped charging after paying $700 a few months ago and he said i abused it so it is my fault and cant get anything for free. I showed him how the charger on the inside/connectivity is getting loose and he told me its my fault and i need to pay $400 in advance to mail it to Samsung as i am 100% at fault. I asked if my girlfriend can speak to him on the phone (who is writing this email now) and he refused as he said he does not have time for that. IT is APPALLING the inhumane, racist, poor treatment he gave me. I will be cancelling my service with koodo as will my colleague as noone deserves to be treated this way.

Horrible service! I wanted to unblock my data on my account and they told me to call *611. I had to be on hold for more than 2 hours just for them to click a few buttons??? Like seriously? The store was so not welcoming. The employees there just are always on their phone constantly. Koodo used to be my favourite but with the service now, disappointed. Never ever sign up with koodo.

Depending on which sales associate you get.. the treatment could be very bad or good. I can't say that everyone that works here is all bad nor can I say they were all good. My particular experience with Sunny was actually quite well; He sold me a phone in 2015, and took the time to go over what to expect with my plan, and he was sincere . However, my recent experience today was absolutely terrible. I won't mention the name of this sales associate to give face, and out of respect (tho he did not respect me ) . But I basically told him that I wanted a good deal with koodo, and he did not try to accommodate for me ! I've been with them for years. Secondly ,his deamenor was quite arrogant - and yes without care and unapologetic. I told this sales associate to his face that his customer service was very poor . The result? Koodo lost a customer that has been with them for more than 2 years. I went to the mobile shop in super store where I was helped by a representative named Chetan, who was able to provide , and accommodate for me as a customer. I got some really good benefits by going to the mobile shop in Westwinds. And that is exactly where I would suggest for you to go if you are looking for good customer service. Sorry koodo but really I'm not. Perhaps you should employ more people that are mature , and take their job seriousely.

During this covid 19 period their customer service is non-existent. I had my phone stolen and after going online and setting to lost or stolen that is all you can do. I have another cell and needed a sim so I could carry on since I use the phone for business. Good luck trying to get one right now. The dealerships are even more awful since they are not loyal to the one brand.

Koodo is the worst phone company. I was with them from 2008 since my first phone. This Summer, I unfortunately had my phone stolen and tried to cancel my account. They said I had to pay the final balance which is fine, but I am still getting bills for up to 3 months later, with no explanation as to where these new charges are coming from or why they weren't included in my final bill. Now theyre threatening collections. They wont let me get another phone or set up a monthly payment option. Ive sinced moved to a better company, but do not sign with them, they do not care for customer satisfaction or loyalty. 10 years with them means nothing. If I could give less than one star I would. Literally go anywhere else and youll have better service.

I've been a Koodo customer for nearly a decade now. Out of all the providers they've been the best for me. This latest experience had me reconsidering my loyalty. I went in to get a new phone, I knew which one I wanted. The rep convinced me to try a different one that was on the same level but "has less issues". Sold me on it, and then realized they didn't have it in stock. So I got the phone I originally went in for. As he was signing me up, hitting me with the up sale (no thanks) he then proceeds to casually tell me "oh so it's actually $15 per month now, not the $10 listed on the "sticker". I asked him to call the main office and get that sorted, (as a consumer I understand that you have to honor the listed/tagged price). He refused and said "you call them" full well knowing it takes at least an hour to get a call back from a rep and there's no way to even get in a waiting que while on the phone. He became very apologetic and much less rude when I asked for the location managers name. In the past If there's ever been an issue getting new products, upgrades, etc, they've always been more than willing to call and try to get it sorted. If there's nothing that can be done (has never been the case) then there's nothing to be done. to get smug, downright rude, and refuse was just seriously poor customer service from a representative.

useless customer service in this shop. rep trying to convince me why it cant be done in their shop. i just wanted to keep my old number & transfer it to the new account. If you cant do it, just say you cant do it. Why keep me longer just to hear your explanation. It sounded more as an excuse rather than trying to help. Customer service is helping the customer, not teaching a customer!
