She definitely makes you feel like she is on your side and cares about your best interest. If you need a new plan or update or even switching from a provider like we were, then Enieda is the lady for you to see. Thanks very much Enieda!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager from the store (Neko) was extremely helpful, helped renew 2 contracts, and got an extra 50 gb. Of data. Plus got a deal on alot of accessories, as we'll as didn't raise the phone bill to much. I highly recommend going to him for any phones or accessories.

Neko helped my son and I with upgrading our phones and ensured that we received exactly what we were looking for and so much more! His customer service skills are top notch and his main focus was to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. Kudos to Neko for giving us the best customer service we have ever had ??

While I was there getting no service and having to call Rogers to get any kind of help, they didn't help 1 other person(said they couldn't after typing a bit on a computer) and it took 3 people to assist the third customer in the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its okay if you don’t want to changes my legal names i already showing to you my legal documents and 2pcs of ID in front of the staff,,you have alots of excuses even i have showing my supporting documents to the any rogers store.. i have 7months left with you guys i can move to another provider.. why should i waste my time to send in your mail or fax i spend time to go the rogers store if im not mistaken I’ve been there 3 times already as the staff said before okay, you have to wait your ID and bring it here so i can changes it as long as the proof and matching in your 2 ID and now sending me an email to saying send it via mail, and you are not changing my name and you have to send it via mail.. this is horrible i encounter to you guys.. what is the purpose of the rogers store not even resolved your problem to the store and need to send your documents to the head office whatsoever…
You are paying to your staff to handle the cases to cases problem of the costumer…but you can’t resolve it…if there is any 0 star ⭐️ to rate it.. i will put 0…
