★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammer alert! Stay away from the discount bulk area. All their produce is rotten and molded. We bought a case of dragon fruit. Once we open it the dragon fruit was covered with mold. Every single fruit we cut in half was not edible. NOT SAFE TO EAT ! It was dark and very mushy. You can tell it was frozen and defrost for resell. They don’t let you check and see the produce. Just buy the whole case close. Too good to be true people. Stay away from these scammers and cheap price. You’ll be having rotten fruit Possible food poisoning.
Oh by the way. Horrible customer service! Staff force you to take the rotten fruits and stare at you if you even dare to pick up the decent fruits. They told us we had to pick from the top! It is not even worth coming here. Who care if you have cheap price for rotten produce. You are better off go to your everyday grocery store for the same price of produce. Such as freestone ! At least they open the box and never told us how to spend our money !
We won’t be coming back and warning our family and friends not to come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any person giving less than a 5 star review here are either extremely cheap or they don’t understand that no grocery store is capable of knowing precisely which produce items may or may not be bad.
FACT: their fresh fruits are up to 90% cheaper than big box stores. No joke. Strawberry $1.49 a case. Blueberry $1.99 per flat. The prices are absolutely stunning.
FACT: their prices are even 30-60% below Costco of which you need a private membership to shop.
FACT: like any grocery store they can’t guarantee that 100% of all fresh items won’t have fruit and vegetables that may be bad or turning bad on their shelves. When you consider they are moving volumes 50x greater than any traditional store this is incredible.
Conclusion: Even if you manage to purchase the occasional pint quart or flat thet has a piece that is bad or going bad you will always be saving a small fortune on your fresh fruits and vegetables.
We refuse to give any grocery store or even Costco our money for such items anymore knowing we can save quite literally thousands of dollars per year shopping here instead.
The only possible negative they are super busy but it’s expected when your prices are 50-90% less than competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 years! That is how long I have been shopping. First they had space in the Sunridge parking lot, then they went to the old future shop building, and then they came back to their current space within the Sunridge Mall.
They always sell cases in the wholesale section. Be aware, that in order to get these great prices, sometimes one or two fruit in the case might be bad. Once you throw them out, you can calculate the price, you’re still doing amazing in terms of price per kilogram. For low income families, buying a case is the best thing you can ever do to help with the health of your family.
Some people say “scammer alert“ yet that is the way you get the incredible deals. By the box take it home, throw out the bad ones, and you’ll still be getting so much more of a deal than any store in Calgary.
I am a Fruitarian, where I get most of my calories from fruit, and the owners have always offered incredible case price is even in the middle of winter.
For people who are vegans, or plant-based whole food eaters, this is the best place to go.

Most boxes /cases of produce are mixed up (fresh ones and the bad ones). you have to make sure you pick the good ones before putting in your cart so you wont pay for something already bad and waste your money. Prices are really good tho?
