R	Richard Brettnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location to get a Coat fixed that had 2 lines of Stitching repaired (possibly 4 Inches in length) Charged me $14 AND worse of all it looks like an eye sore. They don't have the Zipper Straight and it looks like a Hack Job. Hell I could have done this myself or got my Sister to do the job and it would have been MUCH better! And they said "Oh our machines can only do so much..." BS! ? NEVER going back and highly suggest that nobody relies on them for any repair work!!!

Took them back, they measured it again and were ready in about four days. Went back to get them and I was told that I had taken them already. After long search they realized they have given my pants to someone else. This is about month after, they are still unable to find my pants. Now they started to ignore my phone calls. Last time I talked to this lady, who told me she would have to talk to her supervisor and may buy me new pants. I am still waiting for that call........All I can say .... good luck to anyone who wants to try Sunridge Stitch It Place

When I phoned, the manager said they will fix it in 20 mins. I went back and it took them more than 30 mins. to fix it. I got my money back but I didn’t get the proper treatment as a customer. Listen and Apologize. Poor customer service. Not coming back to this shop.
