★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store owner is trying to be the jack of all trades. He is offering Auto & Home Insurance services; he is offering dry cleaning & alterations; and he can take care of your travel needs. The problem is that he has no clue about customer service & how to talk to a customer. Generally, a very rude man!
