h	hardeep brar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today in this service canada at 9:30 am i was doing walk in . Infront of me there was 15 people . In hope for my turn i waited there upto 4:00pm . And when it was about to my turn they said Soory we are closed for today and can’t take any more walk-in now . I waited 6 hour and 30 minutes and still return without my work done . They open at 8:30 so it means if you are going around 10:00 am you should better not to go that day. It was snowing today as well and windy feel like was -5 . And they want all people to wait outside . And no one even can leave line or they will lose there position . Worse customer service. Very rude staff . They take 1 person after 45 minutes inside. For book an appointment when we apply they said they will call you with in 7 business days . And then they give appointments after 1 month. They should have waiting area inside . Its very unfair to make people stand outside of the building.
g	gunwantsingh sandhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting in winter kind of weather is harsh here. Staff is nice no problem with that but there should be a system for wait or should be a heater around there. I was waiting in line because security said if anyone move others can take a slot and at that time i froze completely and got sick after that. Please do something about it
K	Kiran Parmar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend anybody to this location at all, we were walk in for 2 days on June 03 n June 06 standing in line up from 9am until 345pm the security guard said sorry we can't take any people we're closed, they're very unprofessional and uneducated security ladies, they told us to book appointment when I call for an appointment sorry we don't have any availability anywhere in city until June 20, I don't get why do we support Government in elections when they don't help us in these kind of situations, is this real canada service suppose to be. I never been disappointed by service canada ??.

There was a long walk-in queue outside waiting for hours, which I understand wasn’t guaranteed of seeing staff unless they find an empty slot. I was helped by Alma, she was very helpful and personable. I wish more government employees are like her.

The people waiting outside showed up without an appointment, and were warned there was no guarantee they would be served. The older gentleman at the door was direct but clear with his instructions. They have protocols and if you listen, the steps are simple. Each individual has a clear understanding of what needs to happen in order to guide you through you visit seamlessly.

Its totally smooth, even I don’t have an appointment,, i go there for my SIN, the staff told me okay, you can line up, once im on the staff he said to me sorry no slot at the moment but i do have available on fixing schedule if you want to take it. Unless if you are fit on that schedule. So i will take that 12:00pm schedule the staff saying different hours, then later on i come back for my an appointment,, its fast not more than 20mins.. sorry for all those people are disappointed to go there not meeting them on your needs..but for me 5 star for all those staff verry accommodating my needs.
