J	Jayson Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this sorry excuse of a business zero stars if possible. I dropped off a lot of dry cleaning( Sweaters, Dress Shirts, Suits, and a few of my wifes items). They shrunk a few of my wool and cashmere sweaters so I called and very politely and professionally asked what they could do about the issues. The gentlemen said to bring them back and we could work out a solution. I brought the items back and was basically told they didn't shrink the items and that I shrunk them. Too be completely honest I believe once the place who actually did the dry cleaning(I think its outsourced to another company) shrunk a few of the items they attemped to clean they didn't even try to dry clean the rest. It looked like it was just simply ironed and had a tag stabbed to it.

Thé winter jacket is thick and multi layers and she did an immaculate sewing job. Just went Thérè again and got 4 jeans repaired and she did great transitions in jean patch work, fixéd à button, and hemed Silvers beatifully and matched thé thread well. Thank you for ur talented work. I will always go to you and recommend you

D	Deborah Bonser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to have alterations done to a “ Mother of the Bride” dress. If you are considering this establishment , run ,do not walk away!! I had the work done but neglected to really look at it before taking it home. Yes, I did try it on, but the lighting in the change room was so weak that it was hard to see the damage on the front of the dress until I had it home and in better lighting. The whole front of the dress had water steam stains(dress was navy blue) that showed up when I stood in front of the window. Along the side, there were hard crusty pieces stuck to it, that I could scrape off. Went back to show them and their reply was to have them dry clean it. So I did thinking this would help. Made the whole issue much worst and now I’m under the wire to find another dress as the wedding is in less than a month. They refused to take ownership the the damage and I was stuck with the cost of two dresses and two alterations! This was unacceptable! I had suggested that they buy the first dress from me to cover costs for the second dress. This was met with a haughty- the owner will not agree to this! The woman at the counter wouldn’t even accept that the stains were visible. I showed the dress to a couple of people, and they were able to point them out without difficulty! Thankfully, I was able to find another dress within weeks of the wedding.I gave this establishment 1 star because the parking is easy. Truthfully, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone! This was a very expensive lesson for me ?

Both still dirty, full of hair, inside the jackets were neglected, ect. I had my partner call them to have them redone and we couldn't go in due to being quarantined. When we were cleared he brought them in and they refused to clean them even though they were still in their plastic protectors. Would not recommend this place since they don't have a sense of understanding nor do they seem to care about their quality of work. Edit: After reading the response from the business owners, they clearly don't charge you for a perfect job so don't expect perfection. Hair inside the jackets are not the responsibility of the owners who are paying for your services. Was there evidence that I wore the two jackets? Absolutely not. You did not look over them nor listened to reason regarding the pandemic and quarantine. I called and left numerous voice mails to let you know but you both chose to ignore them. The jackets have remained and still remain in the plastic wrap

You don’t take responsibility for any of your mistakes! You notice when people complain you make up excuses. Good thing people will know the truth!

I brought in a winter overcoat (I had found online) but the sleeves were too short for my extra long monkey arms. She was polite and said she knew what to do. After a week, I came back.. and was amazed! She did indeed do magic. I had the extra length in the arms I needed and you couldn't tell they had been adjusted/altered! I was amazed! The workmanship was pristine. I was so happy, it was able to allow me to wear this brand new coat I had purchased..
