S	Susan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two ladies who came to clean my house were right on time. I showed them around the house & pointed out various items I wanted them to pay special attention to. They were extremely friendly & attentive. Besides a full house clean they also did all of the blinds throughout. When I came back to check out the job they did I was very, very pleased. They did a marvelous job! I haven't found a single thing they overlooked & have no complaints. It was easy to book the appointment and it was confirmed before they came. All in all, I would definitely recommend Maids in Blue!

C	Cheyanne Caddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE. NO RESPONSIBILITY. I got a move out clean and Stella’s team was late and didn’t follow any instructions. They didn’t clean and only took 45 mins. When I called they offered barely anything back. I had to get a new cleaner (took two hours) as per my landlord and they said they’d give me money back and never did. Zero costumer service or responsibility. They seem to think they can come back to do it again but if they clean things the first time this wouldn’t happen. They say they’re a small business but that doesn’t excuse not doing a job. I don’t even know what she did for 45 minutes at my place. It’s a smaller basement suite that I cleaned the most of I just needed the extra move out clean. Her team didn’t wipe down the outside of the kitchen cabinets or the fridge, didn’t sweep any floors, and didn’t even wipe any wall shelves/window ledges. They don’t reply to emails so don’t bother contacting them.

This inadequate amount of time spent can be seen in their work. They did not dust or clean a vast number of things in my condo, including: - shower/bathtub not cleaned (pics included) - any of the three granite countertops - bedside table untouched - shelves and windowsills not dusted or cleaned - den/office untouched - they did not even bother to mop! Stella did not wear a mask the entire time she was here. She also was yelling loudly across my condo at her partner almost the entire time. So loud that I had to put headphones on. Even at max. volume, I could still hear her. These pictures speak for themselves. I am extremely disappointed, and would strongly advise against using Maids in Blue. I have since sent 3 emails and twice left a phone message for Ray, the Owner/Manager, to give them the opportunity to right this wrong, with no reply. I even offered to edit this review if they sent someone over to give my condo a proper cleaning. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

We were pleased with their work because it was a move out cleaning and it was really dirty. And they made our lives easier and less stressful before moving in. We will definitely recommend their services.
