A	Angela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May did such a great job with my nails! She picked out such pretty colours. My nail shape was also exactly what I was wanting. Nails came out perfect! I had a bad experience at a different nail salon and wanted to get a new set as soon as possible and I’m so happy I came here. Do not regret it at all.

They asked me to pay 232 dollars including GSTAfter it was done i realized left side of my head was brown highlights instead of ashy tones and right side was kind of ashy. I initially asked for ash blonde! I called them and went back to get it corrected both foram and luan were not there so the owner a chinese lady told me that i paid very less than what i should have paid. She repeated this for million of times then asked me what i do for work and when i bought a shampoo and hair serum altogether for 55 dollars she charged me 85 dollars i asked her why such high price she said its tax. I calculated the prices myself then she changed it to 60+ dollars. This woman is completely disgraceful and only worries about money! My highlights ended up looking like trash after toning done the next day. When i called them they were not ready to listen and kept on arguing that i should wash my hair and they will turn to ash blonde! I don’t know what world they live in and why think that the client is stupid . Please dont go here ,the owner is not only rude but will keep behaving as if the client is her student and she is the dictator, she will put you down and ruin the whole experience! No wonder this salon is always empty! I had to get it corrected and redone from scratch from another hair salon where i was treated well and valued!!!
A	Ashmean Sran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this salon on March 18th evening to get my hand and feet nail paint, manicure and pedicure. The owner told me that shellac nail paint will last longer (at least two weeks) and I should go for that so I agreed. The whole service was very good. BUT, just after three days, the nail paint from my hands started chipping and peeling off. I was very disappointed because I paid $100 for that! The nail paint on my feet remain fine but the nail paint on hand, started getting worse and worse with each day. I couldn’t go back to the salon as I was on vacation. When the nail paint started coming off, it made my nails super dry and left white patches. I have added some pictures of Day 3 and Day 5. I was super embarrassed to take pictures with my hands in it. I reached out to them and they said I can get it fixed from them once I am back in Calgary. I went there on 31st after I came back from my trip (still less than the two weeks that I was told shellac stays on for). When I went to the store, I agreed for a redo with a different colour as an apology for just my hands because it all came off and she said we will charge you an extra of $15 for that. Can you imagine paying $100 for something which didn’t even last three days and then asked to pay more because the salon messed up in the first place? The only reason I went for shellac is because they told me it will stay longer and will be better for my vacation. I’m sorry but this is not kind of service you expect.
M	Marcie Malin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam did my nails. A full set was happy with the look of them. But on closer inspection sidewalls on a few of my Nails don't cover my natural nails. Regrowth was fast as it wasn't as close to the cuticles as it could have been. Overall I was Happy with Sam she is very sweet, and listened to what I wanted. However it took longer then normal due to the Lunar New Year photos and envelopes. Price was a shock but comparable to other salons

They took 4 of us as a walk-in and made my 7 year old feel special for her first ever spa pedicure! I felt special too - The owner (I can’t believe I didn’t get her name!!) had a sweet personal chat with me. What a sweet time we had today ?

Hairdressers have done an amazing job of my hair, which I have a lot of so it takes a lot of time! But they are always thorough and never rush! I've also gotten waxed and threaded there, the girl I had was really good! Nice and quick! I got a pedicure with shellac and have a particularly knarly toe nail that she made look perfect, and the nail polish lasted FOREVER.They've also always squeezed me in on short notice (I live out of town and my plans change constantly). Honestly after going there a couple times now I'm so excited to continue giving my business to this salon!

She gave me exactly what I was looking for... my UV Gel set are elegant and beautiful!! During my time sitting with May, I also spoke to a Stylist named Alex, who told me he loved my hairstyle ( I had some issues with parts of it, I was quick to point out). It was like we were having a little mini consultation on what I would change about it... and... I looked at him and asked with total confidence if he would be willing to fix my hair after my nails were done. I'm obsessed!!! I've never had such an instant connection with a stylist who delivered without hesitation... a total pro!! I don't know what it was, I just knew I was in the best possible hands. Such a great visit. I will be back! ❤ Thank you May and Alex !! I

The owner even accused me of sabatoging my own hair before going back saying she seen my hair before I left. She never seen the back, just the front. The girl who did my hair cut the back, showed me and it was completely uneven. She went off saying that with my style it cannot be straight which is bs. If you can't do the cut then be professional enough to say so and get someone who can! I know Alex there who done my hair before and did an excellent job. Afterentioning that it wasn't straight, she cut a vit more then didn't show me the back after. Waited till I got ge and noticed how bad it was. I will not be returning, just for the fact that she accused me of something I would never do, and can't even give a refund for one haircut and admit that her hairdresser botched my hair. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
