★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd Oksana's store I have gone to in the city that has terrible and rude customer service. Girls don't acknowledge you at all & when we asked a question we got an eye roll with a snarky comment. Completely ruined the Bridal Party night out on what was suppose to be a fun night.

I bought it last night i was rushinv did not hear would be final sale. My child is 7 years oll Got the size 10.. still did not fit .. so I ask just the need to change If I need to change I will just add some difference. Not Satisfied with this Policy. I always buy here for My Child’s Dresses. About time to find Good Place , that has considerations to parents buyer like me. Not happy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I am now stuck with a $400 dress that I cannot return. Never been worn never going to shop here again. There’s no refund no exchange, if ur dresses are priced so high the least they can you can do is store credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in looking for a short dress and found a couple I liked but some were too small for me or they just didn't go the full I need it in my closet feel but they have great prices and the lady was super nice and pretty helpful with helping try on overall was a pretty good experience but sadly not the dresses I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Huge shoutout to Shar and the Incredible staff, we had been to a few places and Oksana's by far had the largest selection. But it is not just the selection, it is the overall experience. Shar went above and beyond right from the beginning, even coming into work early for our apt. From there it was all smiles helping find the perfect dress for Graduation. She was open and honest and has such a wonderful eye for finding that perfect fit/style. Shar makes you feel comfortable in any dress but is the first to let you know if it is good/bad she is truly an expert in this business and we would. not hesitate to return or refer anyone.

I love the fact that all their dresses have prices and it only took my daughter 35min of trying to find her perfect dress.
