★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very wrost store. Sale poor quality of clothes. Very bad customer service. Had bought few clothes but didnt gave me bills. She told me that the print didn’t work. She advised me to come within 15 days if I want to return the cloth/es. One cloth didn’t like to my mom and went back to the store to switch it but they didn’t return. They asked for the receipt, and I explained that they had problem with printer. I also tried to explain her about their problem with printer and also their words to return within 15 days if I didn’t like it. The cloth had their store tag too. But she denied to return it. I askedmany to connect to the manager that I would like to talk to him/her. Lastly she connected to the manager but the manager didn’t talk to me. The manager advised her not to take return it. I felt very upset. I never visit that store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service on Canada day , stood 15 minute in the line but there was only one employee n she started to take the customer who were still deciding about their clothes even not ready to pay , I was on no second in the line but she took the first one in front of me after them n when it was my turn she said she can’t take me as it’s 5’o clock now . I said that you served the customers who were not in the line by mistake she said I can’t do anything, it’s 5’ o clock n there was a huge line after me too , but she denied to serve me cause I was there for an exchange . I told her that it’s last day to exchange but she was so rude n not ready to hear anything n just repeating its 5’o clock even I was standing since 4:45 it does not matter for her .very rude n irresponsible behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse place to purchase. They refused to exchange a jacket I got as a gift for Xmas. I had to come back the second time even with a receipt. Had to wait over 45min to have it exchange. Which still didnt happen. Very very bad customer service.
