A	Angela Raquin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already file a noise complaint. Until now no action. The one we complained about is laughing at us whenever they see us. Hopefully next time they accept a family with kids, they should recommend the basement as children likes to run all the time. And sometimes even adults are running and jumping. No consideration to others at all. So much noise even at 3 in the morning, running in one place like mocking their neighbours to complain all you want. And sometimes dumping trashes to our balcony as they’re living upstairs. We will leave when we’re ready to pack. Worse neighbourhood. Hopefully they consider the tenants who live there first and living there for years and not some new irresponsible and selfish tenants. Staff are nice, friendly and attentive but the problem is the neighbours upstairs. Other neighbours beside us already filed a complaint as they’re affected by the noise of the upstairs tenants. Please do something management/landlord or we all going to leave.

R	Rebecca Coleman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive lived here for almost 3 years. Management is great. Anytime something needs fixing it is fixed quickly. The Management has been nothing but wonderful to me. The only complaint I have is with the addicts and homeless that are constantly trying to break into my vehicle and doing drugs in the carports but that is not management fault and they do remove them if notified. My family and I love the neighborhood and are very happy in our home.
