I never ever seen like this poor management
Even if you are at emergency on your suite the going tell you the have only one maintenance.so
I don't recommend to put your self on risk .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst place to live. Very greedy set of Manager. Don’t renting with them is wasting money. I don’t like this place and people because They never keep their words Only look ways to get money. Can you imagine I am single mother with the four kids one of my child is a disability. I told the manager there that I need some repair to unit and he never responded. when I told the truth Me and him we argument and And after that after we argument they told me to move out can you imagine I have been a residential there two years. they don’t respect people see I’m telling you the truth this company
Is disgusting discrimination people and they told me to move out with no reason. and this company is the worst company I’ve ever seen in my life. they have no respect they only want money from you . they don’t care about your children. they don’t care about yours. Find a better place, Some people they don’t know their rights they miss treating people discriminating people if they if they don’t like you they put you in collection . employees are using the company power so the government is should look forward. they put a lot of people in collection for no reason.In conclusion people please careful where are you renting friend better please don’t rent. Their place have a lot of bugs

Very friendly staff at the office.
Moved out because we purchased a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I call in for maintenance, the boardwalk team is always prompt in sending their repair team. This is my second year and I don,t regret moving in here.

My roommate had her car stolen out of her parking stall!!!
Coinamatic is a joke. Spent 30 mins trying to get it to download onto & work on my phone, took my $$ then wouldn’t add it into add it to my card, walked down to the office to figure it out with the card reader to find out , that the person in the office was too busy to help me ( current resident ) because she was showing a place to a potential residence- to come back a half hour later. No note on the office door. Nice.
Floor is sagging throughout the apartment.
No actual working fan in the bathroom.
Already had lights and fan above stove replaced since we got here.
$25 extra per month for a second parking stall
$25 extra per month for cat.
Parking lot needs to be repaved
Front security door was broken for a week.
Security in buildings walking around is a joke - did not report door broken & car was stolen!
