★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so excited that the Underwood Tower will be our new home! Our suite is beautiful with magnificent views, great space, and upgraded fixtures and furnishings. The building's amenities are exactly what you'd like to expect but rarely get! The heritage building at the base of the tower is very special, tying together historical past and modern architecture and innovation. Truly attractive is the purpose-built rental concept, with units and amenities designed for and catering to the actual residents instead of non-resident condo owners. Can't wait to move in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the looks of the presentation centre, the floorplans and the exterior, this building looks like a great addition to the area. Very excited about the food hall concept on the lower level. The gym, yoga and outdoor amenities space on the rooftop is a great feature.

The units are great, the building is very well managed and the amenities are top notch. The property is kept very clean and everything runs smoothly. The management team is excellent - Leanne and Trevor do an amazing job. I would highly recommend The Underwood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We truly had a five star experience with The Underwood from the very first interaction on the open house viewing to moving in. The service we received were very efficient with no issues at all. The location is perfect and so is the building itself. We love our apartment and every bit of living in this building. I thought of sharing more picture as I felt it didnt have enough to say how amazing it is! As a renter I had to visit many places to find a good living place in Calgary and the Underwood made to the top of the list by a great margin. Hope this review helps you renters as I know the pain of apartment hunting =) oh must say the furry friends you meet in and around this place is just icing on the cake!!!

The apartment layout is open and has so much light - plus amazing views! Trevor and the team are excellent and very responsive to any reported issue. We would highly recommend The Underwood as a great place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived at the Underwood from 2019-2022 and can say I couldn't have had a better experience. Management at this building is well organized, patient, understanding, and always trying pretty damn hard to serve their tenants well. The star of the show is most definitely Trevor who is basically on call 24-7 and responds quickly to any issues you have.
The building is in a great location next to multiple parks downtown. There's also no shortage of things to do around the area including biking down Elbow River or hitting the Tennis Courts.
The only negative thing I could say is that the elevator moving fee and non-refundable deposit to rent the common room are pretty stupid :)
Would recommend and thanks for the memories, Underwood fam!
