★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is managed by Keystone Management company and I would say that very poorly managed. Water shutdown is very frequent usually 2 times per month. sometimes on a short notice. 1 elevator not working for a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although location is convenient and the First Street Market is great, I'd caution against buying or renting in this building as others have also noted. There have been many water issues over the last months - floods and shut offs to clean/fix piping - which is inconvenient and also means there is a consistent flow of people coming into your unit. On top of it, there have been elevator and A/C issues too.
