★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building floods every 3-6 months. First service residential horrible customer service is only exceeded by their incompetence. The building management will also loose the master key. Plus the safe injection clinic in the neighborhood means crack heads will constantly be breaking in and stealing anything not bolted down.
Living in this building will only bring you headaches. Run....
