β β β β β Loud neighbours and neighbourhood (not the fault of building), front of building was unkempt and dirty, later on it was a construction zone. Elevator was extremely slow even with only 4 floors. Garage door was unresponsive and you need to drive your car over the wire on the floor several times to get it to open.
