★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the building is rude, incompetent and just an overall problematic person. I visited my boyfriend with my dog and Marilyn, the manager followed me outside of the building and yelled at me in the middle of the sidewalk telling me to never bring the dog back. I do NOT live in the building, I was visiting and I should not be expected to leave my dog who is a well-behaved support dog tied outside in downtown Calgary. What kind of person yells at another person like that in the middle of the street?! The hand gestures she made ended up making my dog anxious and she even hit my dog's nose with the back of her hand. Management should really audit the manager and pay attention to how she treats people. I did not appreciate the rude comments and her yelling at me and following me outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience thus far has been wonderful, staff are extremely helpful, professional and passionate about what they do. Specifically Marilyn, her passion for her job, and ensuring all residents feel comfortable and at home is what sold me on this specific complex. Marilyn is efficient and goes above and beyond to ensure all residents are taken care of. I would highly recommend renting from this management company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this building for approximately 2 years. Marilyn at the front desk is exceptional. She is the most hardworking person I know that goes above and beyond her duties to make the residents feel welcomed. I have enjoyed living here ! Other staff members are friendly/helpful as well. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving mother out of building in very near future,
Incompetence of building managers split decisions and opinionated remarks has driven my poor mother up the walls.
the lady she deals with on the daily, apparently is either unaware of a global pandemic or could care less about what other peoples personal problems are (health/finances)..
not looking forward to meeting her but after hearing latest remark from me mum, I'm taking the drive to help Mum find a better and more understanding building manager.
absolutely fantastic however!...
Hearing my boomer mother call another a bigger boomer !
hope when I meet said lady she is not as bad as I've been hearing about for past year but also could care less to what she has to say when I close the contract and pay the fees to Boardwalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After living a two years in Randal House
Cons:
•Serious security issues. My car was terribly vandalized in one of the parking lots of the building and my 3 well-secured bikes were stolen from the bikes room;
•Bad communication with its tenants. As much as I tried, Boardwalk never wanted to contact me to talk about the incidents in the building;
•The resident manager tries to do a good job; however, she needs to work on how she addresses her tenants at the time she needs to clarify something and on how she exercises vigilance within the building (she exercises excess surveillance that disturbs privacy)
Pros:
•Clean building all the time;
•Maintenance of the units and the building always on time;
•Good people living in the building;
•Good location;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building, quite, ideal location for downtown and local restaurants. An apartment building is only as good as the person running it locally. Building manager Marilyn works hard, is friendly and always helpful when needed and is the reason we’re still here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in recently and very pleased! Building Manager Marilyn and Maintenance Manager Mark are very responsive to all requests/questions, always there to help. Building is kept clean and in a great shape! Excellent experience so far!
