Originally incorporated in 1986, Opel Management was started by a hard-working entrepreneur who moved to Canada from Europe. To this day, Opel Management remains headquartered in Calgary as a privately owned and operated business, now spanning over two generations.
Our philosophy is to enhance our community with long-term retention of real estate for the purpose of future upscale consumer-value-added development. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management, the washing machine was out of order for 2 weeks, they never reply, only to collect money. Building on 19 ave was in terrible state, carpet smelly, floors crack, holes in the ceiling, avoid!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone entered my property without a person to show the property too. Walked around my entire apartment looking at my things, was not the building manager I had been dealing with either. My security camera caught them on video. Wouldn't recommend. No building security.

The place was clean when I moved in, they addressed any issues I had in a professional and prompt manner, and maintain some quiet and nice buildings. If you're looking for a decent price for a convenient location with a hassle free landlord, check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent from this place if you like throwing away your damage deposit. Make sure you wash your walls if you want damage deposit back. Go over the place with a fine tooth comb on your walk through. Gave the place to me in dirty condition then used my damage deposit to clean it. They will charge you for 7 hours of cleaning because your place is dusty. Zero security. Homeless people constantly getting into the building. Garbage always all over the alley and parking area. Homeless people camped in doorways because there are no cameras. Takes 2-4 days for someone to come shovel the snow. Building has zero heat control. Always 28° Even though it’s set to 15.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my apartment on 19 ave, I was really upset when the fire happened as I had no desire to leave. The rent was manageable and the size of the apartment was great, given the close proximity to downtown. Overall I really enjoyed living there and I had nothing but good experiences with management.
