Very responsive and rapid in fixing any minor issues in the unit and they make sure you have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend them and for sure, I will use their services in the future when I visit Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Rentch to rent out our condo after moving to a different province for work (yay pandemic). I can tell you that this was the best choice!! We had rented it out before (ourselves) and were always stressed trying to handle it, having to rely on family or friends to jump in and help. It was so stressful.
Since Rentch took over, I’ve completely forgotten I even have the property ? they take care of everything! Jess is on the ball and handles any issue or question that comes up. She is quick to respond. Knows how to handle any situation. Aaron is wonderful to work with and really knows what property owners AND tenants need!
The whole process of getting Rentch to take over our property was super easy, straightforward and quick. Aaron and Jess take care of it all. There’s really no work on your end. Just a few forms, minor paper work and an agreement to sign. Heck of a lot easier than I remember it being doing it on my own.
It feels freeing not having to worry about anything! The rent comes in, on time.
If you have a property that you need/want to rent out, this is the company to use!! They are fair and knowledgeable. You won’t regret it!

From the beginning we never felt pressured to buy anything and they even encouraged us to take our time to make sure we really liked the place we purchased! Aaron and Laura make an excellent team and Aaron sees potential in every property and Laura ensured we found what we wanted in a house for the price we wanted! Both Aaron and Laura are professional, but also make the house purchasing experience fun and are both so personable and humble. They are both very responsive to questions or inquiries! They were so patient with us and we saw a lot of houses together! I would recommend them to anyone looking for their perfect home! We love our new home very much thanks to Laura and Aaron at Rentch!

No matter what the issue, we always received same-day response and prompt action to resolve the matter that needed to be addressed. However, we ran into next to no problems throughout our stay, as the rental property was of the highest quality. Rentch was very accomodating with anything we needed, and fair. We would have stayed with them longer if we did not need to move cities! Also, a special thank you to Jessica, Rentch's star property manager! Her kindness and helpfulness were beyond expectations, and was always a pleasure to deal with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been tenants with them for 2 years now and they've been an excellent Property Management Company. They're responsive both in addressing your concern and getting the resources required to solve any issues that have arisen. They make sure things are resolved and follow up when needed. Lastly things are done well, parts changed when needed and not just patched. Thoroughly recommend renting through them given the opportunity.
Context: We rent an apartment in a building that dates from the 1960's, so things have aged and things wear out. There has been no major issues with our place specifically (touch wood) but it explains why we've had to request support at times.

I had never gone through this process before but Jessica, Aaron and the team were always available to answer any questions I had and made the process so much easier. They clearly have a lot of experience and knowledge of the rental market and handle a ton of quality clients already, but they made me feel like I was their only customer and were there when ever I needed them. Could not recommend them enough!
