★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into a newly renovated suite in mid-July. It's absolutely gorgeous and I have amazing views of the river. The management staff and maintenance staff are fantastic...professional, friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to all requests. This has been a very positive move for me. It's been many years since I leased a home and this has been a really good transition/experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved into Calgary and had booked in a few places to view downtown as I was wanting to stay as close to work as possible! The apartments I looked at were beautiful but what really blew me away with the whole experience was the staff! They were amazingly patient with me as I had a millions questions to ask and never made me feel like I had to rush through the tour! They made me feel as if they cared more about what was best for me than just making a deal! The management definitely went above and beyond and made the experience of trying to find a place so easy and worry free! If anyone is looking for someone to find them a renal look no further!!!
