β β β β β My son has been going to this daycare since June 2018. The amount of care and attention he receives is amazing. He has learned a lot there. He goes there everyday super excited. The staff are amazing and pay a great deal of attention to details. They are so nice to my son and all other kids as far as I have seen. It is also super clean. This a place that I would recommend to anyone who wants their child to enjoy and learn at the same time.

β β β β β We have been sending our kids to Family First Creative Learning Center for 4.5 years now. I cannot describe how much my kids love going to daycare because of the staff. They have learned so much here. My son was well prepared for kindergarten because of his time here. You can tell the staff take the time to get to know each kid, that they feel at home. There is plenty of space at the daycare with lots of different rooms for the kids, including a large outdoor play area for them to run around and have fun. Another bonus is the home cooked food! I would have my kids telling me to make stuff like daycare and I had no clue how. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

β β β β β Well! My friend recommended us this day care for my son, who is 3 years old. We as parents are very happy. We would like to appreciate all the teachers for all their efforts. My son did resisted going to the day care at first. But the teachers and other staff did amazing work with him. They made his transition from home to daycare very smooth. We cannot expect our kids to feel at ease within few days. My son took around a month or so to settle down. And now he s one happy kid who loves going to his daycare.

β β β β β I love this daycare and have had my daughter in the program for 4 years, referring to friend and coworkers in that time. It's clean, very bright due to natural light and has a lovely private second floor outdoor play place - I'm glad my daughter gets outdoor time as many downtown day cares do not offer this. the food is homemade and there is a kitchen on site. The staff and management are lovely.

β β β β β My son and I loved this daycare, especially the staff. Everyone is so kind and polite, I've never seen so careful and attentive teachers. Unfortunately, we've moved from Calgary , and I wish I'll be able to find a daycare like this in our new place.

β β β β β Two of my children have been attending Family First since 2018 starting at 18 months old. We have built such a wonderful relationship with the teachers and coordinators at this center. You can tell they love children.
During COVID lockdown in 2020, Family First never charged the families to hold their spot while the daycare was closed down. They even credited families for the half of March 2020 when lockdown started. Iβve never heard of any other daycare that showed such generosity.
Pros:
- outdoor play area on the second floor.
- lots of natural light inside
- kids are well fed and never come home hungry
-affordability
Cons:
-Circle K and liquor store on the lower level west side is a meetup area for the homeless. Park on the East side to avoid them.
- parking is limited

β β β β β Our son attended here for two full years, only recently moving to relocate the country. My wife and I had looked at many daycares before viewing this location. We are so happy we decided to go with Family First. The staff here (Miss Alicia, Miss V, Miss Laney, Miss Maky... too many to mention!) are superb. Their dedication, kindness and professionalism is incredible. Our son thrived here. Their in-house chef created delicious food, our son ate everything. The staff have been here for years, so there is very little teacher turnover. The variation in rooms and options of indoor exercise rooms and a magic room were wonderful in the cold Calgary winters. The facility owner was extremely accommodating and always there every morning to greet children. I have seen some reviews mentioning the Circle K, my wife and I walked everyday and used the secure code access and lift. We loved that you could park your stroller. We never had a problem. Incredible facility.
