★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Lola! This is my third time here and I love the calm yet professional service. I’m currently here for a touch up (first time in 3.5 weeks since my full set) and have absolutely been loving my lashes. Fall out on the lashes have been fairly minimal given the timeframe :)

Aside from her being the sweetest, the lift lasts for so long and makes me feel much more confident without even putting mascara on. The shop is always clean, calming and friendly. Morgan explained the procedure to me step by step and made me feel so relaxed! I would highly recommend Lola Lash downtown! What a pleasant surprise! I will definitely go back and will be asking for Morgan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faith did my eyelash extensions a couple times. Honestly for over $100, my mascara could have done a better job. I laid there for an hour and I felt barely any lashes event applied. I don’t know what she was doing the whole time but I paid attention and I felt hardly anything. The first time I felt more attention to my left eye and when I left, my left eye looks fuller than my right eye. Second time I went I for a fill and my eyes didn’t look much different and my right eye looked fuller than my left. Again didn’t feel much going on on my lashes, I don’t understand what she was doing the whole time. I ended up getting my lashes removed because the price was ridiculous for the outcome, and I lost 75% of my lashes! It took me over 6 months to get some growth back. My eyelashes will never be the same again.
Don’t waste your money, you can do your own cluster lashes for way cheaper with no damage!!!

Lola offered convenient appointment times and had great availability that was compatible with my work schedule. Morgan did a great job of letting me know what to expect from the process and answering my questions. The salon is super cute and and I found it easy to relax while waiting for my lashes to set because they had an awesome playlist on! A great first experience overall.

Definitely going back to try out lashes extensions and i just know it's going to be great. Hot girl summer!
