★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and well kept rooms. The view is beautiful and the building not only has its own amenities such as a great resturant below and gym but is centeraly located near the down town core and c train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here from 2011 to 2017 in 3 different units and loved it. I would move back in a heartbeat. The location is prime and the building interior and exterior looks great. Cons: Noisy heating system, no guest parking available.
