Very clean and close to stampede grounds

You'll be blown away by the bright open spaces in the Arriva Condo. The floor to ceiling windows and expansive views are breathtaking!

Beautiful condo building. Fast elevators and nice safety features such as the double-try lock doors when exiting the building.

Very beautiful units however you will hear noise from Cowboys constantly. The architect of this building is one of the best designers though.

Living here can be so noisy due to construction and constant maintenance.

I will start with the good stuff: 1. The facilities and the condition of the apartment are exceptional; 2. If you are in town for Stamped, the location is perfect. It's 5 mins waking to the park, very convenient. And now, why one star: 1. The curtain in the room can barley eliminate any lights. You don't need to be a light sleeper to be annoyed by the morning sunlight at around 5:00 am. 2. (The curtain thing is unpleasant, but this is what kills the experience for us) The manager who gave us the key told us to just leave the key in one of drawers and leave when check out. That's exactly what we did. But once we get to the lobby, we found that without the key, we have no access to the parking lot. And we cannot go back to the room to get our key because the elevator requires the key. We reach to the manager of this building in the lobby, and he told me he knows nothing about the renting business and cannot help me in any ways. I then tried to contact the Suite Digs Arriva, their phone was always busy, I tried for like half an hour, I gave up. WE ARE LITERALLY STUCK AT THE LOBBY. So How could we get out of this mess? First, we have to beg the building manager to let us back to the room to get the key. And then I use the key to get the parking lot and drive my car out. I then have to park the car outside of the building in an restricted area (there is no public parking space near the building), get out of my car, running back to the building, get to the room and leave the key in the drawer. Finally, I ran back to my car and pray nobody gives me a ticket, and leave. FIX the procedure of checking out ASAP! Before they do, I will suggest anyone who consider this apartment to avoid it.
