★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked with Numi to support a new / local business.
But customer service was very poor.
Initially when we wanted to book they did not have their following two week schedule. It was very hard to organize an in home test due to no schedule / nurse availability.
Their charges are outrageous and not competitive. We booked four rapid PCR tests for well over $200 each. We had to change our test to rapid antigen at the airport (as we only required that). They charged $60 per test. While all other small pharmacies charge $40. And then they also deducted 5% admin charges on my original booking charges before issuing me a refund. Overall I ended up paying over $70 was rapid antigen test (75% over the average). I agree with 5% if a person cancelled and / or did not show up but why charge if the person still is getting service or another product from you. Even if the policy states 5% charge it should be on the refunded amount not the original amount.
Overall not a good experience with service, pricing and shady refund policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get lab work done and wait times for Alberta Labs was 3 weeks out, and they got me in in a week. Also having an at home visit was such a great option. they were very quick to respond and was quick and easy when they came to draw by blood work.
would recommend to anyone.

Both times the nurses were friendly, great to talk to and respectful of my belongings.

She made me feel comfortable and at ease during my covid test, which can be a very stressful experience. I highly recommend Numi and personally recommended Taryn to a few of my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review might be a little late, however, I still have to do it. Carina and Miranda were of great help while I was on my way to the US in December. Without prior knowledge that an antigen test was required for travellers going through US, i arrived at NUMI facility of the Edmonton airport with the fear of missing my flight. They assisted me in ensuring that the test was done in a timely manner while making sure that i was calm while the process was on-going. I really appreciate you guys help. Thanks for making my trip less stressful. Thanks you for the awesome customer service and care. Keep up the solid work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tara was professional, kind, and on time. Having her come to my home to draw samples for lab analysis was a seamless experience. I cant see how I can go back to the previous way of driving to a location, and waiting for an appointment in a public clinic rather than have a professional come to your own home. I would highly recommend it.
Side note, Tara knows what she is doing. She is quick and gentle. She obviously has a lot of experience and is excellent at what she does. I felt like I was in good hands.
