N	Nicholas Kovacevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with this place. Besides having zero dog handling skills or what seemed to be any real interest in his job; the vet was unfriendly. He seemed to be in a rush, and didn't provide much useful information. The vet clipped one of my dogs nails too short, causing her pain/ stress and blood to poor from her paw. He may have ruptured a hernia by holding her too tight as well. After his sloppy work he tried to stop the blood with expired medication... The experience was unprofessional and unfriendly, and uncomfortable. Not what you look for in a vet. Highly do not recommend this place.
C	Carmela Marchica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic Jarry is by far the best clinic. Our Dr. Gavin is a great doctor and very good with her patients . Between my children and my brother we have 10 pets. I am often there either accompanying my children's fur babies or mine. I have always seen a professional woman, never inflates a bill. I had my beautiful Dora put to sleep 2years ago and I saw a very compassionate team. I also received a sympathy card. And to people who are negative towards this clinic change clinic you don't deserve to have a great Dr and great team like clinic Jarry. Thank you Dr. Gavin for all the care you give our babies, there should be alot more Doctors like you.

You are customer-facing and need to learn how to be courteous to the people that bring your clinic business. You are definitely at the wrong job.

J	Jenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinique Veterinaire Jarry has by far the best vet team ever. They are professional, have been super accommodating when we have had emergencies, and show that they very much care for their patients. They adhere to strict covid measures, which is very reassuring. Just had a teeth cleaning for my cat this week, and the procedure was a bit of a risk because of a health issue, so I was very concerned. They called me multiple times throughout the day to keep me posted on his blood work results, my cat's progress through the procedure, asked for consent before removing any teeth, and to let me know when he was waking up and doing alright. They even called me the next day to follow up on how he's feeling and ask if he's eating well. Dr Gauvin and Manon truly went above and beyond for my cat, as I know they do for all their patients. Their secretary is also sweet and funny. Their prices are more than fair too. You can tell they don't want to overprice and discourage people from bringing their pets. Only con is the male Dr seemed a bit inexperienced and mixed up a little this past summer, but was still quite nice and asked for Dr Gauvin's input to reassure me. I did not see him last time I was there, so I'm not sure if he still works there. Overall, I have recommended them many times, and will continue to recommend this clinic forever, because they truly are the best!

I brought her to this vet to check the lump near her tail the vet told me she had a tumor and that she was going to give her an injection to shrink the tumor, and died within 24 hours. Never going there again. Horrible incompetent vet.

I just called to get an appointment for a second medical opinion and the receptionist completely refused to take my request saying that they do not take new clients and that their medical team does not give second opinion. For those of you that are clients of this establishment, be careful !! You are not putting the health and safety of your furry friends at risk!
