★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience. Frank and his team provided me with the best advice for my kitchen renovations. With all the delays happening in construction these days I was worried about the delivery of my counter before the holidays…. Frank made it happen and I am grateful. Imagine he even delivered my faucet to my home at 7pm to make sure I had it in time for the plumber. Service was more than 5 star!!!! Pictures to come!!!

I have purchased ceramic tiles from Céramique Royal 2 years ago for my first floor and bathroom and absolutely loved the service from Alphonso. They have a great selection and assortment of high quality tiles.
However, my visit from today was an other story. I have arrived to the store in hopes to find new tiles for my second bathroom and laundry room. We have spent 45 minutes in store... and only been acknowledged by a sweet lady from the reception after 30 minutes inquiring if someone helped us. We shared that we haven't been helped yet. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, we have decided to leave. It is absolutely disheartening and unfortunate to receive such poor service when everything was impeccable during our first encounter.

This years project is quite large and complicated and we are so lucky and grateful to have Amanda helping us through it. She is attentive, very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and, to top it off, she has amazing taste!
