I’m so confused and disappointed, I spent a week calling head office delivery support (who told me to call the store), the delivery company (who told me to call the store), the online help chat (who told me to call the store) and this store that I ordered from (who told me to call head office) , I called the store three times, twice someone said they rescheduled my delivery but twice it never came, the third person just told me that they had no control over online order delivery and I had to call head office delivery support. Head office delivery support again told me that only the store could reschedule a delivery and I would have to call the store again and ask them to reschedule the delivery. I didn’t imagine calling the store a forth time would work so I requested a refund, but I haven’t received a refund for the $50 delivery fee. So I lost $50 and a week of time.

I called the Anjou in Montreal store several times, when it finally went through, I wanted to know if they had a specific toilet in stock since it said 1 only (I've been trying to hunt one down for days, even did a pick up order at another store for it to be cancelled). They told me they couldn't look it up and hung up. What kind of store can't look up their inventory?

It's well supplied and the staff was friendly. This store is also well located in the sense that is close to some other renovation companies, so if you do your research well on maps you may save some fuel.

Horrible customer service. It looks like you're giving me a favor. You need to put more effort into training or pay a reasonably wage , so we can have a decent client experience. You were not able to help or have an answer. Supervisor never arrived

Used to be my favorite. Lately, bad service in many departments. Cashiers are still friendly. Price is not correct on checkout (overpriced). Client service is lost, will refund you the *difference* after waiting for while. If you call to get information as simple as "Do you do price match on pressure treated wood", client service doesn't know the answer and forwards you to another department who never picks up. Regular price at Home Depot can be already higher price than competitors regular price, difference of 50-90cents some time 1$+. But when competitor has promotions 3$ saving, there is no point shopping at HD. Only benefit that keeps bringing me at HomeDepot is electronic receipt and price on soil/fertilizer

We are renovating our garage and made a big order for about $700 worth of materials. The day we were scheduled to receive our delivery, the delivery man called us to ask if our order was urgent and if it could be rescheduled to the following day. We're nice people and understood he was probably slammed with orders so we said it was fine. The next day we received no calls from Home Depot to let us know if they were coming or not. Day 3 we call the store (which is impossible to get a hold of if you click for English, they literally were just hanging up on us, or putting us on hold and hanging up). When we finally reached a human being, they told us someone did try calling us and we didn't answer. The call must've dropped or something - but literally no effort to call back, text, etc. was made. We took time off work expecting this delivery so who will compensate us now? They scheduled our delivery for the 4th of January instead, where we will both be back at work and have 0 help to bring in all the materials. On top of it all, 3 minutes after our call, one of our items was refunded (16 drywall sheets) for no reason. We paid $75 for shipping and now I'll have to make a separate order and pay another $75 to re-ship it?????? I planned to buy another $2,000-$3,000 worth of storage for my garage at Home Depot, but after this awful experience, I'm good. Thanks. I'll go to Reno-Depot instead. I'll be sure to share my experience on all social media platforms to make sure others are aware of how poorly managed this enterprise is, and how they know nothing about customer service. If I could've, I would've given no stars. If you need to renovate, go anywhere but Home Depot.
