★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience at this store. I do not recommend anyone going. There prices went up and i ask to fix it. The women manger laughed and refused and after i ask if they price match, they refused and they said to go shopping there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! After going to Reno Depot, Rona and Home hardware, this story was amazing. Nit only did they have everything I needed in stock, but by the time I ordered my wood and cuts, went to the cash to pay, everything was ready! They were very helpful with good advice for my project. I had 26 cuts made at $1 each. The other stores want $2.50 a cut so just there I saved $39+tx. The store isn't very close to me but it's well worth the drive when you consider all the running around to different stores I had to do. I very highly recommend this store...thank you! Now I too am Patrick Morin!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible customer service. wanted to simply know the price for a door, and they told me i had to come in the shop during opening hours to get an estimate. I drove from downtown to the east only to get there and be told that the door specialist left work early. I then drove to the one in Laval, and when i got there, i got quoted a price from a catalogue which any person (by phone or in store) could have done. what a waste of people's time, and terrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want it cheaper but not convenient, this chain will confuse you and then screw up your order, no problem and you're welcome! They can't answer the phone think ahead or fix your problem easily, they can't guarantee you an item will be moved to your store, they can't even hire enough people to get you through the line quickly, they're a real gem these folks. We built a dock using their site and honestly should have spent 15% more to get a finished product directly from one of their competitors. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to honor politique d'exactitude de prix because the bar codes didn't line up - but the law clearly states posted price - they put the price on the bin and filled the bin with the wrong product at 4x the price. Wasted my time and loyalty for $5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service. Nice prices compared to the main big hardware stores. Inventory status is accurate on their website although some items are online exclusive such as grade 8 bolts and nuts which I didn't know. Dedicated parking space for vehicle with trailers.
