Je ne fais habituellement pas de review, cette fois-ci en vaut largement la peine !! Il faut bien le dire quand ça marche! (Bien souvent on est déçus ou on sent qu’on n’a pas trop le choix.)
L’équipe prend la peine d’expliquer ce qui va être fait avant de commencer les travaux, fais preuve flexibilité pour s’adapter aux besoins et contraintes du client, ramasse/nettoie derrière elle, et n’hésite pas à donner des conseils et faire des recommandations.
Tout cela pour un résultat de Qualité. Que demander de plus !!!

I don't usually do a review, this time it's well worth it!! You have to say it when it works! (Often we are disappointed or we feel that we do not have much choice.)
The team takes the trouble to explain what is going to be done before starting the work, shows flexibility to adapt to the needs and constraints of the client, picks up/cleans up after them, and does not hesitate to give advice and make recommendations.
All this for a Quality result. What more !!!

The work was flawless and Cornelliu, the owner, was very sympathetic and went all out to accomodate our special needs. We changed most of our top floor windows and would definitely call them again when the rest is due. Awesome job guys!
