★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment un service à la clientèle pas responsable puis répond pas au service après vente. Ils ont installer une port de patio qu’il était défectueux , puis une porte d’entrée endommager , en plus ils on laisser l’entrée ouvert pendant l’installation pour 2 jours dans le milieu de l’hiver pour des erreurs de leur côté . Plus jamais . Puis je ne recommande faire affaire avec eux.
 Really not responsible customer service then not respond to after sales service. They installed a defective patio port, then damaged an entrance door, in addition they left the entrance open during the installation for 2 days in the middle of winter for errors on their side. . Never again . Then I do recommend doing business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Délais déraisonnable, au début septembre ensuite décembre...doit communiqué avec eux à chaque fois pour avoir les informations et être au courant du processus... tout cela pour 3 malheureuses fenêtres... finalement date d'installation le 6 décembre... 9h30 toujours personnes, mon frère a pris congés pour être là... encore une fois obligé de les appeler pour me faire dire que l'installateur n'ira pas à cause de la météo!!! Ce matin la température a Montréal me semble n'est pas si pire! Bref expérience à date très désagréable !!
Unreasonable delay, at the beginning of September then December ... must communicate with them each time to have the information and to be aware of the process ... all this for 3 unfortunate windows ... finally date of installation on December 6 .. 9:30 am still people, my brother took time off to be there ... once again obliged to call them to tell me that the installer will not go because of the weather !!! This morning the temperature in Montreal seems to me not to be so bad! Brief experience to date very unpleasant !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait affaire avec cette compagnie il a 5 ans pour ma façade arrière et en 2021 pour la façade avant. J'ai eu droit à un service très professionnel tant au niveau du vendeur que des installateurs. Très belles fenêtres et je n'ai plus de glace ni de buée dans mes fenêtres comme avant et je ne sens plus le froid. Je recommande cette compagnie familiale sans hésitation.
I did business with this company 5 years ago for my back facade and in 2021 for the front facade. I was treated to very professional service from both the seller and the installers. Very nice windows and I no longer have ice or fog in my windows like before and I no longer feel the cold. I recommend this family company without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning, stay away!!! Very bad workmanship. Unless you want to be screwed. Please think twice using this company because this is an expensive investment.
First of all they don't protect your floor or anything inside the house while working.
They damage my aluminum sidings and my bricks.
They do not use spray foam as promised.
Instead of making the window moulding fit in they take out my cabinet moulding.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did such a fantastic job, I was really blown away. I've had a number of not so great contractors over the last while and this made them stand out that much more. I'm sure many people can install nice windows but they did exactly what i asked for and to top it off the workers finished the job expertly in only 1.5 days for 14 windows & 2 doors. The workers were also incredibly friendly and walked though everything with me at the end of the job. They used spray foam to fully seal, these are energy star windows with a quality thermos, couldn't ask for more. (I am not being compensated in any way to write this, I was just that blown away with the finished product.)
