Geneviève Marchand prend le temps de bien nous expliquer ses produits et offre un service exceptionnel. Ses produits sont de meilleurs qualité que les autres compagnies. Les installateurs font un travail soigné et respectueux. Une compagnie honnête et surtout qui offre une très grande qualité en conseils et produits.
 I fully recommend. It is the third company of doors and windows that install in my house. And I must tell you that FENLUX is the best of all. Geneviève Marchand takes the time to explain her products to us and offers exceptional service. Its products are of better quality than other companies. The installers do a careful and respectful job. An honest company and above all which offers a very high quality in advice and products.

On m'a chargé des frais de 150$ + taxes pour la prise de mesures alors que je ne voulais pas aller de l'avant puisque l'estimé a augmenté de 580$ pour l'installation d'une fenêtre à la suite de la prise des mesures. Ces frais de prise de mesure ne sont pas au contrat ni communiqué au client. Pensez-y bien.
Edit: J'ai communiqué avec la propriétaire, Mme Marchand, mais celle-ci tient mordicus à ne pas me remettre complètement mon dépôt. Je suis donc pris entre accepter la hausse de prix de 580$ ou bien de payer 150$ de frais cachés à la résiliation du contrat.
This business offers a lot of surprises. I was charged a fee of $ 150 + taxes for taking measurements when I did not want to go ahead since the estimate increased by $ 580 for the installation of a window following the taking measurements. Des promesses faites avant la vente et non tenues, des retards à répétitions qui finissent par se compter en mois (!) et une responsable de la planification dont l’attitude est tout simplement épouvantable (capacité d’écoute inexistante, aucun sens du service client, informations contradictoires, etc.)
Heureusement que les installateurs étaient compétents et consciencieux (bien que clairement en sous-effectifs). Ils sont la seule raison qui justifie 2 étoiles.
Particularly frustrating experience. Promises made before the sale and not kept, repeated delays that end up counting in months (!) And a planning manager whose attitude is simply appalling (non-existent listening skills, no sense of customer service , conflicting information, etc.)
Fortunately, the installers were competent and conscientious (although clearly understaffed). They are the only reason for 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une des pires expériences que j'ai vécu de ma vie. Je ne recommanderais pas à mon pire ennemi de faire affaire avec cette compagnie. Des promesses faites avant la vente et non tenues (même si spécifiée au contrat), des retards interminables.
Installateur qui se présente sur place m'indiquant que la porte qu'ils ont ne correspond pas à ma commande (et ce après avoir coupé mon ancienne fenêtre) et qu'ils vont devoir revenir dans 4-6 mois. Pour finalement aller moi-même dans son camion et trouver la fenêtre.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I would not recommend my worst enemy to do business with this company. Promises made before the sale and not kept (even if specified in the contract), endless delays.
Installer who shows up on site telling me that the door they have does not correspond to my order (and this after having cut my old window) and that they will have to come back in 4-6 months. To finally go myself in his truck and find the window.

Nous avons choisi les produits de Fenplast / Fenlüx en raison de l'excellent rapport qualité-prix ainsi que de l'excellente qualité du produit. De plus, les installateurs furent très professionnels, propres et très attentionnés lors de l'installation des trois portes-fenêtres. Je vous les recommande chaudement.

Le délai a été long mais on nous avais avisé que les délais était plus long qu'à la normale. Nous allons commander le reste de nos portes et fenêtres pour l'année prochaine.
