★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Wrote them emails and never got an anwser. Called and ask to replace a broken chair they told me they have to order it. So I am waiting and it's been a couple of mounth without new even if I aske by email for updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!!! Wrote them 5 emails never got an answer. I called they said they have my email. I am asking for replacement parts on a table and chairs. The table as two legs with flat spot on it and 3 out of 4 chairs have defect like crack seat and broken bars. They said its coming from Indonesia so it's going to take a while. Its been almost a year now with no news and they still not answering any emails. I hope the owner will go bankrupt!!!

How its possible that these people make deliveries and they dont know how to deal with their garbage?
I won't even bother to go purchase furniture in that store... missing manners and ethical of work. Not even 1 star .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lol if only I could rate -0000000 this place is a straight joke. Couch came in broken,missing parts, and even rust on the springs in the Storage compartment of the couch. Emailed them had to wait a couple of days,threatened then with court because they had told me there was nothing they can do about it. After court card is thrown at them they begin to tell me all the parts from Toronto are coming in and that we get a brand new couch not to worry but throughout this time the attitude,arrogance and stupidity that this cross eyed idiot told me was ridiculous lol they finally tell us that they’re going to come deliver the couch and install it( due to the fact we had to do it ourselves the first time and didn’t believe we had missing parts ) the day comes the parts are there whatever two days later we realize the cushion in the middle is no longer the same colour as of the other ones. Lol lesson learned never come to this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sale service was excellent. They found our perfect couch at a really good price and got it delivered in time.
However, their aftersale service truly failed. We bought the extra "covers everything" 5 year warranty. One of our couch had a bad leather, cracked after only a couple of months of usage. They kept giving random reasons to push away the work, saying their expert was in a convention in Las Vegas, in vacation, busy, should call us back, etc. And every time we called, they had a new excuse. Never directly said "No". It's been 5 years now, and my other couches are still in excellent shape. But that bad one has now lost over 50% of it's surface and we're stuck with it.
Great price/purchase without warranty. But absolutely not trustable for aftersale or honoring warranty. Highly disappointed about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of buying from this store. Has literally been the worst experience from a “company”. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a couch that is apparently supposed to arrive every following day, and this in which still hasn’t arrived. Every attempt I make to call the company, I get told that the container hasn’t arrived, contrary to what I was originally told ( it was apparently right next door in marche aux puces). Today I called to say I want a refund and an extremely rude man told us that it was useless to come to the store because no containers arrive on weekends ( we were told yesterday that it would arrive today at 8am) and that he refuses to give a refund. Have wasted my time, money and I will now be starting court procedures against this company.
