We were impressed with a variety of furniture and decor available. Layout and lighting deserve to be complimented - it was a pleasure to walk the store. The price seems to be fair and correspond with the quality of the products. The staff is nice and professional. It was our first visit, we found a few items we were looking for and we are planning to continue with our list there.

I really like the designs, super pretty, but not with a high quality. I had a good experience with customer service though, one of my chair legs broke after a while and they replaced the chair for me for free!

Worst worst worst furniture store , go away from them especially Montreal Branch, they have a really unprofessional, rude team. I received my item with a big crack and the manager her name is Joy kept me long time 4 days till she decided that they should send the shipping company to come and pick the item up. The second situation that they scheduled me the time to pick the item up between 4 to 8 and at that day I have a medical appointment for my son so I asked her to make sure that they come after 5 she refused to help so I asked to rearrange it and she refused and she told me that she will charge us for that even I asked for that 36 hours before ….please go away from dealing with this unprofessional, rude team

Beautiful store, beautiful interior designs. Went Sunday morning ( around 11 am), sat there for 10-15 minutes, no employee came by; I ended up buying the stuff I wanted online in Wayfair (got the delivery for free and stuff arrived in 2 days). Sorry Structube!

Very disappointed. A year and a half after buying the Gwen bed for my son, the middle support gave in. The middle is sinking and there s no support whatsoever. I bought an Ikea one for my daughter abd that one is as new. Sad thing is I bought a sofa unit and another bed. Things look nice but quality wise better look elsewhere.

NO, NO AND NO consumer protection is handling the issue. Extremely terrible after sales experience! All was good up until I received my delivery and all after that was a downhill. After you complete your purchase you are on your own 100% no support not even trying to find a fair solution but they do have a customer service and a customer experience manager not sure for what!! WILL KEEP UPDATING BASED ON MY COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION.

Extremely horrible after sale experience, other reviews were right when they say you are on your own once the transaction is over. In store, the customer experience is great but its mainly after the payment goes through that the sales rep do not care about you. We received our new sofa with used legs for some reason (scratched, scuffed, extremely worn out) and was told by Yasmin to send proof of the legs via email; we were told we would get a reply in 72h. After 72h, i follow up and was told to call back when the manager Joy Anne was there. After waiting a few days and calling back when Joy Anne is there, she informs me she has to speak to her director and I would get a call back by end of day but its the next day and still no call back. Please note that the return policy is 7 days after the item is delivered to you so i do suspect that they ignore or wait until the 7 day is over so that you cannot return your new furniture even though they delivered a damaged item. Their lack of professionalism is poor and they have no sense of customer service. I wish i wasn’t in this position to have paid 1500$ for a sofa that is just on the floor right now. I highly recommend shopping from another furniture store.

I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter a few months ago. Delivery was supposed to come early last week however the transport company refused to deliver it to the right apartment because the store entered the billing address instead of the delivery address in the instructions ( note that the apartment is one floor above me). I called the sales person and assistant manager while the delivery men were on site and asked if they could simply call transport and tell them that they indicated the wrong apartment and simply bring it to the other apartment which was only one floor up. I was told that there was nothing to do and my options were to either cancel my delivery or reschedule the delivery but this time at my cost. I called the customer service manager and explained the sales was very much aware that the furniture that was to be delivered was going to my daughter's apartment and not mine which is literally one floor above me and that this was not my error. Essentially she said that their system is not set up to have a billing address and a delivery address. I suggested that they should set up a system whereas they call the customer beforehand to confirm address like most furniture companies do. After a few conversations with customer service, Structube rescheduled my delivery without charging me however when the transport company showed up - my furniture was not in the truck! Transport said the employees at the Structube warehouse must have forgotten to load my furniture. I called Structube head office and they said that they could not assist me because my purchase was made in store and that they only supported on line purchases. I couldn't call the store because it was closed. I called Structube the following day and they were unaware of the situation and said that they would call me right back to sort everything out. No call back so I had to call myself and was told that they thought the delivery was scheduled for today. I explained that I had not received a call to reschedule and was now getting really frustrated with the bad service. I asked for the name of the district manager but was told that they could not give the name out. The service and treatment that I have received from Structube is horrendous. I have spent upwards of $20k in the past few months furnishing several units and they do not value their customers. I don't have the energy to escalate this anymore but I hope to hear from a district manager with an explanation, apology and some sort of compensation for all of troubles and for making me feel so undervalued.
