I am in tears by how badly I was treated. I dialled the direct number to the CLSC (Poste 1800) and I heard shouting and screaming the whole time I was on the phone. The person I spoke to didn't know what Gardasil was or HPV, I explained in French AND English, and she kept putting me on hold and coming back, saying she couldn't help me. The web site won't let you book there, you HAVE to call, but she didn't know how to make an appointment. I was on the phone for a HALF HOUR and she transferred me to her colleague who just sent me to a random Voicemail. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE the level of unprofesisonalism and INCOMPETENCE. Go to the one in Hochelaga. RIDICULOUS.

i call and call and no one answer. my mom is 90 years old and still didn't get her vaccine , she has been on the list for one month and they called me 15 days ago to tell me they will call back for an appointment and still no one answer.

I needed to pick up a 24 hr urine kit (my dr told me I did not need an appointment hence I was just picking up the kit and instructions). I went, they asked if I had an appointment and the lady started getting upset with me because I did not understand why I needed an appointment for... she told me to go wait for the nurse to hand me the instructions, so I got up and went... she called me back to give me a talk about I was rude and did not thank her for her service. 1. Im not your child, do not speak to me like one. I am an adult woman do not talk to me like I am less of a human than you are and 2. You were rude to me, why should I thank you? "thank you for disrespecting me" is what I should've told her.

Polite staff but as a medical centre, they need to keep things sanitized! They don’t even sanitize the seats. Even when you come for the blood tests, there’s not enough social distancing and separations between the desks. I never come here. I only came because of the availabilities on the website. Hopefully, I don’t have to come back again.

Des fois le service au domicile est horrible jai eu des jour très stressante avec eux et mon père aine. Jai du faire beaucoup moi meme !en plus ca placote beaucoup ! The person in charge of clsc was rude and unprofessional refused services requested by Maisonneuve rosemount hospital for my elderly dad. It's hard to reach them depending who is working and takes forever to get an answer or the service I had to.call commission de plaint des services et des soins to get something Rolling we will see if that helps....my dad ended up.the emergency with 2 infections on both legs...could.been prevented if he they would have given proper treatment and they changed his treatment to change is dressing from 3 days to 2 days a week. I asked for the same nurse as if helps my dad's treatment...he has insufficient venose and it's complicated and chronic. He went back to the hospital for 6 weeks with 2 infections on his legs and bad ones Esp one there was a tendon that was growing exponentially it was huge ...he was on danger .on top of the fact that there is a nurse that said I opened the door with a g string....a real wacko . If you have an elderly parent being followed by them you best be in top of it !

They don't try to help you book an appointment or understand more. Three years ago this was one of St-Leonard's best CLSC and now it's garbage. The secretary doesn't speak English. Doesn't try. Meme quand tu y parle en francais ces latitude qui commence apres deux question. Honestly very disappointing how this CLSC went downhill like this..

edit: ended up waiting until 1 because the next availabilities is in over a month. this place is bs. i made an appointment at 11h25 ONLINE. the lady in front gave me a number and told me to wait. i waited for half an hour to one hour. (never have i ever waited that long during covid!!!) another lady behind the desk told me: “i probably didn’t hear my number” *please look at the picture i took* i even confirmed my presence by text twice, got there on time and i had to wait two weeks before i could book my appointment. i’m so bummed out. they need to be more understanding and patient. it’s so frustrating. if i couldn’t meet a nurse before lunch time, why it’s available online?! if you’re short on patience, you shouldn’t even work or apply there. déjà que la pandémie est stressant, c’est désagréable de dealer avec des employés qui ne cesse de te blâmer. ils devraient plutôt te réassurer et non le contraire! à éviter cet endroit, si possible.

It’s one of the perfect places, the only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because of the parking, and they have limited number of spots, they speak English and the woman in window A she is really nice and helpful. Very clean and not busy unlike the other CLSC’s
