Les suivis des vaccins des enfants se font très bien.
Mes prises de sang étaient faites par des infirmiers/infirmières compétents et professionnels.
I was treated to excellent service for my newborn baby.
The follow-ups of the vaccines of the children are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Au centre de prélèvement, une salle qui déborde, pas assez de chaises pour tous, une quinzaine de personne debout à l'arrière, pas assez de personnel pour faire face à la musique. Le personnel est gentil mais attendre aussi longtemps avec un enfant ajun c'est pas très drôle.
In the collection center, an overflowing room, not enough chairs for everyone, fifteen people standing in the back, not enough staff to deal with the music. The staff is nice but waiting so long with an ajun child is not very funny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel sans compassion sont fixés sur la façon qu'on doit attendre a l'extérieur plus que sur notre état de santé .elle demande a une personne sur deux s'ils ont un nouveau masque et forcent les autres a en mettre un nouveau . Le mien était nouveau fraîchement lave et elle ne m'a pas pose la question . J'ai du mettre un nouveau masque sans discussion .
Je suis diabétique type 1 et on me passe toujours en priorité car je manque de sucre ajeun sinon . Ils me disent qu'ils ne font plus ça . Je manque de sucre ils me disent se retournera la maison et de revenir mais je j'habite pas a Ste Julie !
Le personnel suit la réputation du personnel de santé et est irrespectueux et sans compassion .
Staff without compassion are fixated on how we should wait outside rather than our state of health. She asks one in two people if they have a new mask and force others to put on a new one. Mine was new freshly washed and she didn't ask me the question. I had to put on a new mask without question.
I am type 1 diabetic and I always get priority because I lack added sugar otherwise. They tell me they don't do that anymore. I run out of sugar they tell me they will turn around and come back but I don't live in Ste Julie!
Staff follow the reputation of health workers and are disrespectful and uncompassionate.

Sorry! No way to make an appointment for a sample, They do not even answer the phone, website inaccessible. We better go private, there is better service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple question ca je trouve qu il y a confusion. Je dois faire un calf. Et dans les instructions sur internet et à la clinique les consignes sont différentes. Les 2 s'appellent dosage des calprotectines fecales. Sur le web la maj date de 2020 et sur la feuille que vous me donnez révisé le 13 janvier 2021 on y indique que le retour d échantillon en CLSC se fait lundi ou mardi.
Sauf que sur mon sac que vous me donnez on appose une étiquette stipulant retour de selle Lundi au Vendredi entre 7h et 10 heure.
J imagine que le collant sur mon sac est à jour. Mais pourquoi autant de confusion? Avoir vu le collant jeudi je n aurai pas attendu à lundi pour ramener mes échantillons de la veille.
Est il possible de fournir des instructions à jour au patient sur 1 feuille et non 3 indications de dates différentes?
Simple question, I find that there is confusion. I have to do a calf. And in the instructions on the internet and at the clinic the instructions are different. Both are called the fecal calprotectin assay. On the web the update dates from 2020 and on the sheet that you give me revised on January 13, 2021 it indicates that the return of the sample to the CLSC is done on Monday or Tuesday.
Except that on my bag that you give me there is a label stipulating return from the saddle Monday to Friday between 7 am and 10 am.
I imagine that the sticker on my bag is up to date. But why so much confusion? Having seen the tights on Thursday, I wouldn't have waited until Monday to bring back my samples from the day before.
Is it possible to provide up-to-date instructions to the patient on 1 sheet and not 3 indications of different dates?
