★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wowwww tellement exigeant mais en même temps l'énergie de tout les karatéka est contagieuse. Shinen Serge est un excellent pédagoge et les autres karatéka plus avancé que moi me donne constamment de bon conseils.
Wowwww so demanding but at the same time the energy of all karateka is contagious. Shinen Serge is an excellent teacher and the other karateka more advanced than me constantly give me good advice.

Shihan Serge qui transmet son art avec une passion contagieuse, des élèves qui deviennent des amis et partenaires d'entraînement. Un environnement basé sur le respect et l'humilité, personne n'a rien à prouver, on est tous là pour s'entraider et grandir ensembles avec le karaté. J'ai fait différentes écoles de kyokushin et celle-ci est de loin la meilleure.
The importance of surpassing yourself, setting goals to achieve, being good in your body and mind, several benefits that kyokushin karate can bring you. Shihan Serge who transmits his art with a contagious passion, students who become friends and training partners. An environment based on respect and humility, nobody has anything to prove, we are all there to help each other and grow together with karate. I did different kyokushin schools and this one is by far the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellente école de karaté (et Kick-boxing). Pour le dépassement de sois et la mise en forme, apprendre le respect et l'humilité, il y a rien de mieux. Le Shihan(professeur) est génial et très amical, il sait être sérieux quand il le faut et être amusant aussi. J'y suis depuis 8 ans. Lorsque j'ai commencé, je n'aurais pas crût me rendre à ceinture noire 2ième et devenir assistant-professeur. Ça devient une drogue :)
Excellent karate school (and Kickboxing). For overcoming am and formatting, learn respect and humility, there is nothing better. The Shihan (teacher) is awesome and very friendly, he knows how to be serious when needed and be fun too. I am 8 years. When I started, I would not have believed to go to 2nd black belt and become an assistant professor. It becomes a drug :)

My children do karate for several years and watching them play and excel, I decided to start my own. I was hooked and I train myself 3 times a week now! Shihan Serge and his team arrives master hand to share their passion and combine seriousness and humor. I highly recommend this center to all those looking to push their limits, in a motivating and respectful environment, in a group where we find help and encouragement.
