★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied in the service. I bought 6 items and they delivered only 5 pcs even though they charge me 70$ for the delivery. I bought the furnitures last 22nd of February 2020. Mr Atef the sales representive of the store told me that it will be deliverd on or before 25th of feb but not materialized so i contacted the store and the receptionist told me that it will be delivered on my apartment by the manager on march 2, 2020 after 6pm but i am waiting for nothing. I am supposed to pick up the said product last saturday feb 28 to avoid these problem but they insist that it will be delivered on the said date. Until now im still waiting for my furniture.

The delivery was EXCELLENT as well, very well organized.
We will Certainly shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good collection of furniture! Impressive service, a young salesperson gave me and my girlfriend enough information about the stuff that we were interested in and answered all our questions with a lot of patience!! My girlfriend will definitely shop at the store soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service ever. 1- You pay to have things delivered in your house…. Delivery guys are unable to do the job so we ended up doing it ourselves and we didn’t get a refund 2 - Furniture delivered is dirty. 3 - They were supposed to provide a cleaning kit upon delivery as we were told that it is included in the protection plan …. Nope, we didn’t get it! 4 - We called right away to explain the situation and they advised to file a complaint via email. We did so. Ohh !! We were also told that we would need to go in store to go pick up the cleaning kit in store when it should have been delivered . 5 call backs later and still NOTHING but being given the run around. We all work hard for our money and don’t need to be treated as such. Do yourself a favour, shop at another store … Go check out those well renoun store instead. We gave them a chance and they will never see my face nor my money again! I should have stuck to the stores I know. Lesson learned !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my experience at RD at 6855 Jean-Talon. There seems to be discrepancies between different RD stores (our experience at RD at 4150 Jean-Talon was awful), but this one was great. The store was clean and had a good amount of selection of furniture, the salespeople were patient and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy like at the other store. We bought a lovely sofa on sale that is good quality and sturdy and likely to last us many years. We can't wait for it to be delivered! Thank you André pour your patience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just received a set of 2 new sofas today and one was badly dent after I unwrapped it. After some running around I was informed to contact the after sale services. I did so and went a litle further by going to the stores management to make sure the issue was resolved quickly. I was greated by a very understanding director that took my case seriously and handled it very fast and well. It helped get my confidance back and now I can recommend shoping at Meubles RD Anjou. They are customer oriented and did their job very well to get my incident resolved. Thank you
