NO STARS ... RUN!!!!! My parents are 88 years old and bought a fridge. They are still waiting for technician to put fridge together. My dad went to see them personally numerous times and they said the technician was on his way.. he never showed up. shame on them! CANNOT believe they are still in business.

Worst experience of my life, we ordered a bunk bed a bedroom set and a sectional the delivery was late 8:30 pm so they had to send another crew for assembly in the morning only to find out that there was no assembly directions for all three units , also all units were either missing parts or had the wrong parts so they left again leaving behind half assembled furniture and after spending all day being passed around different HDdepartments and given attitude from customer service I was told that in order to get my money back I had to wait 4 more days for them to pick up their stuff before I get my money back so now I have to live with half built furniture for days before I get my money and buy new furniture not to mention the loss of revenue of the three days I had to sit and wait . Do not waist your time and money and go with a reputable company that actually cares about their reputation and customers. Zero Star.

Please stay away from this store at all costs. I went there a few months ago and purchased a Samsung fridge. I explained to the sales rep that I was still browsing around for appliance because I was in the process of building my new home and wasn’t sure what size and model I was looking for. I asked her on multiple occasions if it would an issue to return it if I found something better elsewhere and she repeatedly said that it wouldn’t be an issue. I recently went by to return the fridge since I found something much better elsewhere and to my surprise I was told that my fridge is non refundable and that I would need to pay a 15% penalty if I wanted to return it. After spending 30 minutes at the store discussing this with another rep, I left in tears and was essentially told I had no choice to pay the 15% even though I was clearly told I could return my fridge. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times afterwards asking to speak to anyone in charge to plead my case and on each occasion I was told they didn’t want to speak to me or were too busy. I am still struggling to get a hold of someone to help me. Please do yourself a favour and never shop there. I was even told that their sales reps are contract workers and are essentially a third party that have nothing to do with the store and that they aren’t held accountable for what they say or do. Unfortunately there is not option to give less than 1 star, otherwise I would.

I bought a sofa that they were suppose to send me towards the end of November, I try to call them for some news at the end of november and they made me wait in call for 15 mins. They decide to hang up after making me wait and when I try to call back, they didn't pick up because they were closing.

Products all came in damaged. They brought it in, they installed it, and took pictures of all the damages. Each piece has small holes. They said a technician will come in to revise the damaged products but nobody came. When we went in to discuss the situation within 5 days, they are not taking responsibility and won't give a solution. They won't offer a refund either.

RUN!!!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE I purchased my couch on November 21 2021, delivery date was for December 17 2021, as the week in question approached I still hadn’t received a call from the store, I called in and found out my couch was not going to be delivered on the 17/12 and they had no delivery date for me. The holidays passed and again I called to get information, I repeatedly called, no answer when I would be transferred from One département to the other, no reply, no callback when I left a message. I filed a minor complaint with company financing my couch and ONLY THEN did I get a callback and I was informed that they still did not have a delivery date, I was told that the shipper PRIMO was not snooping any goods…..this was a lie. I asked what I could do in a situation like this and I was told to come IN store to cancel my purchase. On January 23 2022, 2 months into this whole fiasco I decided to present myself in store and cancel my order. I was informed that the cancellation was processed and the company financing me would contact me with a cancellation number…..this was also a lie. 4 days later the owner BOBBY/BOB, had the sales rep call me to inform me that he will NOT be cancelling my couch and he will deliver when it sees fit for him…….DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. THE OWNER HAS SO SENSE OF EMPATHY
