★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to work as Mega Mouble. The reviews were SO terrible that now they are working under a new name. If you want to see the real reviews, check Mega Mouble! Their customer service is the worst you can experience. You have to wait on phone for several hours and when they answer you can never talk to the manager.
When they want to sell, everyone is super nice and if there’s a problem, it’s on you and not their responsibility. Their delivery staff wore NO mask during pandemic and NO cover on their boots. When they left, my place was full of mud.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service was exceptional in every way, especially when it came to assisting with the selection of the appropriate furniture and specific measurements for the unique spaces within a brand new place. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not friendly! A woman was extremely rude to my fiancé as he entered the store to buy furniture last week. My fiancé is a black man with Rasta looks clean, and she was a black salesperson!!He said not even a racist person looked at him that way! We ended up buying our furniture in Brick thousand dollars worth! Some staff need training!

I am currently shopping for different furnitures with the same seller and the service is great. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for beautiful, durable furniture at a reasonable price.
