I visited the Brick Galerie D’Anjou today (30/01/22) to purchase a 32” TV. The salesman was nice and helped me look what I was looking for. He redirected me along with my mother to the service department to pay because we had a Cadillac Fairview gift card to pay for the tv. Before going to The Brick I checked galerie d’Anjou website to ensure they accepted this type of gift card and they did. As we present our gift card to pay at the service counter the two young ladies working there were very rude. They said they do not take the gift card… I stated the contrary as stated on the website. They kept repeating they do not take it with an attitude and kept staring at us. No proposition of finding a solution or anything. They were not willing to help us at all…. What kind of customer service is this? They did not want to help us, they just kept starting at us in silence… they added that the POS machine was not updated to take the gift card.. but that’s not my problem!!! The website should be changed to state true facts and employees should be trained better for customer service. I proceeded to go to Best Buy next door to buy my tv instead. Their customer service was impeccable. I will not be returning to the Brick Anjou.

My worst experience ever...I ordered a bedroom set during the last black Friday at The Brick Anjou in Montreal. We replaced all the furniture ...even more than once and I could not get something good. They sent me a technician for my drawers and HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO TELL LOLLL IT WAS SO DEFECTIVE AND THEY PROMISED ME QUALITY CONTROL LOLLLL (he could not fix them, it is cheap quality). I got desperate and wanted my money back because we tried replacement + a technician and it did not work, so they refuse(customer service 0 I spoke to someone on the phone who told me that I could get my money back, all lies..I went there and she said : no refund...wow) and I do not want to start over and over again...this is enough with replacement. Please don't buy there because you get stuck with them...and you will get into issues like you have never seen before. I truly feel that I was stolen! Even free I would not accept those, can you imagine!? I truly not recommend! When they have your money, you're out...they will try anything to keep the money and you're totally stuck in a loop without end.....I totally regret my purchase. Keep your money at all cost! These cheap furniture will end directly into the dumpster where it belongs.(including the speaker/gift will go into the dumpster). I was cheated and stolen! I lost more than 2000$ I will never ever buy there again.

Very bad experience. They announced a discounted price on boxing day however wasnt in stock. I was informed that I can pay a small deposit to reserve it at the announced price and then once in stock I can go pick it up and pay the balance. Once I went to pay the balance a month later it was not the same. I had all proof that showed that the price changed and it was an error from their side. However they didnt want to assume their error and decided to "cancel the reservation" instead. Very bad experience and would not recommend this store to anyone. Update: They send à reply to all reviews that they are sorry and give à ticket number but dont answer when you send an email explaining the situation Very very bad service

Never experienced a purchase this bad in my life. We spent 600$ on a couch that was sold broken with missing parts, and after calling customer service at this same store, I was told to buy wheels that we're missing for the couch at Rona. I am shaken with how terrible this is. We just confirmed News that our Oven that was supposed to be delivered a certain has to be delivered sooner because if not they will be out of stock although the purchase has already been made for a certain day. Never have I seen customer service this bad.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE ! IMEAN NEVER! I paied 1500$ for a sofa and they gave me a completely broken sofa! The client service is 0. They never respond to emails and calls and they said we are not able to give a refond. I hope i could buy it from another place.

The online customer Service is great. But the one from Anjou-QC is very bad! They treated us in a very aggressive and rude way when we called to find a solution about our wahser door that was damaged by the delivery guys. (The delivery guys were completely careless about our floor and walls and end up with our brand new wahser door damaged.)
