Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi, je voudrais voir le produit que j'achète. Elle était très irritable, nerveuse. C'est dommage qui vous , le propriétaire engage les gens comme ça. Vous perdez les clients
 I wanted to buy sushi which I always buy, service was bad, lady at the counter ask me to pay before and after she wanted to prepare. I did not understand why, I would like to see the product I buy. She was very irritable, nervous. It's a pity you, the owner hires people like that. You lose customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai l’habitude de commander à ce Bento, mais aujourd’hui j’ai été extrêmement déçu. J’ai commandé des sushis et du poulet Karaage. Malheureusement, lorsque ma commande est arrivée et que j’ai voulu goûter au poulet, il était complètement gelé. J’ai appelé le Bento pour leur faire part de mon mécontentement et il ma dit “ avez-vous un micro-onde?” À quel moment j’achète un plat (qui est supposé être chaud ) et on me dit de le faire dégeler au micro-onde????? Honnêtement, je trouve cela irresponsable de votre part.
I usually order from this Bento, but today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered Sushi and Chicken Karaage. Unfortunately when my order arrived and I wanted to taste the chicken it was completely frozen. I called the Bento to tell them of my displeasure and he said "do you have a microwave?" When do I buy a dish (which is supposed to be hot) and I am told to defrost it in the microwave????? Honestly, I find this irresponsible of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a big fan of sushis, but I don't enjoy eating Bento's sushis. They are just cold, the rice has no taste and its pricey for what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sushi and the owners are the sweetest people ever! There was a very slight mistake that they IMMEDIATELY corrected and they gave us a box of avocado rolls as an apology.?
